Bof, à éviter ! Nous avons pris une chambre avec cuisine, mais il n'y avait pas deux chaises et pas de table pour pouvoir prendre les repas. Lorsqu'on a demandé à l'accueil, ils nous ont répondu qu'il n'y avait pas la possibilité d'en avoir une. Il s nous ont répondu qu'il y avait une chaise de bureau et qu'on devait se débrouiller avec ! La réfrigérateur fait beaucoup, beaucoup de bruit, tout comme la climatisation. Nous étions au deuxième étage, au niveau insonorisation, tout est à revoir. On entend les voisins, les femmes de ménages, les personnes dans le couloir, bref ! La propreté des lieux est à revoir également (insectes, poussières) !

We got in to our room around 10 at night my daughter played in 4 games and went to take a shower and had no hot water. I called the front desk and she told me to let it run for 10 minutes to let it warm up but it never did so we just went to bed then in the morning I let it run for 30 minutes but still no hot water so I took a cold shower. I went to front desk and she was super nice and said she would have the house keeper clean a bathroom in a different room so that my daughter could take a shower but it didn’t have any hot water either so we had to pack up and leave without her getting a chance to take a shower. The lady did say she would contact a manager to get me some of my money back but haven’t heard back.

Cold shower There was no hot water upon arrival when my family tried to shower. When we called the front desk they told us to run the bathroom facet which we already tried. When they didn’t work they simple said they would make note of it. We went to bed without a shower and there was warm water in the morning. Breakfast was good. Check was smooth. Just don’t plan on having warm water at night.

Cold showers & Over charged for rollaway I booked a 3 night stay. I was in town for my dear sister’s funeral. I did not have any hot water throughout my whole stay. It was freezing cold weather and a hot shower was really needed, besides the comfort of warming up it was a necessity due to all the hugging and close contact with people. Every time I told them about it they would say “sorry, we got a new water heater yesterday and are trying to get it installed”. Also due to a heavy storm my other sister and her daughter (who also had a reservation for 2 nights) decided to come 1 night early and share my room. They requested a rollaway for 1 night be added to my room then they would move into the room they had reserved. The rollaway was left in my room and they charged me for 3 nights even though it was only used 1. At checkout I asked about a possible discount for bereavement and for the inconvenience of not having hot water and I was told they could not change the rate I was charged. If they were unwilling to offer a discount they should have at least let us know at check in that there would be no hot water :(

Hôtel d'étape très agréable, avec un personnel très accueillant, serviable et aux petits soins pour ses guests ! Dommage que la piscine était hors service
