Thirteen family members stayed with beds for all and main level rooms large enough to visit. The balcony off three bedrooms on the second level was a wonderful spot to view a panoramic view of the city. Including the Mississippi Riber.

Our stay at the Blue Lady was beyond our expectations!! It is a beautiful home, and was clean, well prepared, and met all of our needs for our family weekend! I highly recommend for a family stay or large group needs! We will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Historical Mansion! The Blue Lady was a fantastic place to stay in Dubuque. Close to downtown, plenty of space for family to spread out, unique historical finishes throughout the home. Wished we had multiple keys a couple of times, but the typical keypad access with a lot of rentals is just not possible when you have historic-grade doors. We would definitely stay here again!

The Blue Lady is quite a place! We had a group of 11 stay and that fit us perfectly. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood and it is kept very clean. I would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking to stay in the Dubuque area with a bigger group. The view is worth it!
