杜布羅夫尼克University of Dubrovnik附近住宿

在杜布的希爾頓住了三晚，看中的是標準化服務，以及優越的地理位置。很少點評一家酒店，但這次不得不吐槽，有計劃去的朋友要留心。 1. 房間是裝修過的，但衞生間老舊，浴缸內淋浴真的是一言難盡。玻璃門衹有一半，而且鬆動，爬進爬出真的要小心地滑摔跤。 2. 服務員從不懂得敲門，我在洗手間時直接開門進來，我問對方是誰也不作答，又關門出去。 3. 房間打掃非常潦草，親測不超過十五分鐘。 4. 最離譜的是，我們關門後去海灘游泳，回來發現門的安全扣擋着，門竟然一直就這樣開着。跟前台投訴，就説是housekeeping方便打掃忘了關了，簡單潦草。 5. 開車的朋友要小心了，衹要掃碼進入酒店區域，一天30歐。我們一開始以為酒店住了是免費的，問了説前台可以拿票，根本就沒説是收費的。結果就呵呵了。 花這個價錢，服務和設施都完全達不到應有的五星標準，避坑。

Fantastic well appointed apartment in a beautifully renovated historic building in the heart of the old city. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the top (third) floor of the building. The flat had a lounge, dining area and kitchenette with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and sandwich toaster. There were air conditioning units in both the living area and bedrooms. We had a lovely view over the rooftops towards the hills to the north east of the city. There is also a washing machine and drier that are free for guests to use. We had good communications with the hotel via email. The building is a 5 minute walk from Pile Gate and there is no lift so it wouldn’t be suitable for someone with limited mobility.

Ήρθαμε με γκρουπ από Ελλάδα και περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο διήμερο στο πανέμορφο Ντουμπροβνικ. Το ξενοδοχείο μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ. Καθαρό περιποιημένο, με πολύ ευγενικο προσωπικό που όλου μιλούν πολύ καλά Αγγλικά. Το δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και άνετα （εγώ που ήμουν μόνη μου είχα ένα πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι και μάλιστα είχα και θεα θάλασσα）. Εξαιρετικό πρωινό ευρωπαϊκού τύπου με όλα τα καλά （αλλαντικά τυριά, φρούτα, ποικιλία καφέ, γιαούρτια, γλυκά όλα τα καλά）. Με το γκρουπ που ήρθαμε είχαμε και ημιδιατροφή （ωραίο δείπνο με ποικιλίες κρεάτων, ζυμαρικά, γλυκά κλπ）. Σημαντικό για μένα ότι το ξενοδοχείο τηρεί τα πρωτόκολλα όσον αφορά τον κορονοιο （υπάρχουν αντισηπτικα παντού, γίνεται ανέπαφο και γρήγορο τσεκ ιν οι υπάλληλοι στην αίθουσα του εστιατορίου υπενθιμιζαν στον κόσμο να φοράει τη μάσκα του όπου έπρεπε）. Γενικά πέρασα υπέροχα κρίμα που ήταν σύντομο. Όσο για το Ντουμπροβνικ τι να πει κανείς απλά υπέροχο Thank you so much for your hospitality

It was more than we expected from the photos. Completely newly renovated hotel to the highest standard, with top quality beds and linen, extremely nice staff and ideal walking distance from the old town. Would gladly recommend this property and would come back again.

Perfect hotel! If you’re coming to Dubrovnik for a short stay or a long stay this hotel is just so quaint. It’s located close to the port and not a far walk from old town. It’s incredibly new, boutique and spacey. The one thing that sets this hotel apart and will have me recommending them and booking again is there staff. They were SO ACCOMMODATING. Vanessa and Ivana really went above and beyond and are true gems of hospitality. Thanks for a lovely stay!

我住過的最好的酒店之一,老城區的景色令人驚歎,步行一小段路程。海灘區是一個放鬆的區域,可以花一天的時間與幾個躺椅,快速進入水晶清的大海,工作人員可以接受您的飲料和食品訂單。戶外酒吧區是觀看日落時喝一杯當地葡萄酒的完美場所。房間舒適寬敞。我被升級爲帶露台的房間,煙花表演的景色最好。

美麗寬敞的房間享有絕佳的海景。唯一的缺點是浴缸沒有防滑墊，進出會有點滑。工作人員非常友好和親切。對於一家五星級飯店來說，早餐有點令人失望。物品的設定非常混亂，例如黃油沒有放在果醬附近。無麩質物品放在一個不那麼明顯的角落。雞蛋站離外面很遠，只有一個人處理這麼多雞蛋訂單。

Nos pasaron al hotel princesa en el mismo complejo. Habitación genial y vistas espectaculares. Un poco aislado pero autobús en la puerta para llegar a Dubrovnik en 15 minutos. La piscinas estaban cerradas por mantenimiento. El desayuno no nos impresiono mucho.

We stayed at the Royal Neptun for 1 week, it is 1 of 3 hotels forming a complex - Neptun is a 4 star and the other 2, 5 star and we could definitely see the difference. The highs, the location is outstanding, the walk along the promenade to the bars and restaurants, superb. The roof top bar and pool, amazing place to have drinks and watch the sunset, the pizzas in ‘on the rocks bar’ yummy, food and setting in Zoe was well worth the money, and the massage in the spa was one of the best I’ve had. So why only 3 stars: we checked in, other guests checking in were offered support with their luggage which we weren’t, maybe only for the 5 star, we didn’t mind but just noticeable. We walked into our room, first sight clean and tidy but then started to notice the red and white stains on the carpet, broken shower and safe, bathroom door sort of fixed. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience at all, it is not big enough for the size of the hotel, lots and lots of people walking around looking for tables, no management overseeing the flow of customers, staff moral appeared low, no one was smiling, would pass and not acknowledge you, when trying to attract attention it was like they looked through you and go in a different direction. Food ran out very quickly, all meats, cheeses etc were not covered and I could see the flies landing on it, the queue for omelettes was at least 10mins so big gathered all around where other guests were trying to eat. Pool area, as this is a family hotel was really surprised to see glass being used, 1 time were saw a glass break and a little boy cut his foot and second a wine glass broke and the stem ended up in the pool - no one was asked to leave whilst it was cleaned. This hotel has the making of amazing place to stay so hoping this feedback will help make the tweaks it’s needs.
