Nieuw hotel sinds september 2024. Zeer mooi ingericht, met zwembad en mooie tuin, rustig gelegen net buiten de oude stad, fantastisch zicht op Minceta Tower, de stadsmuur, Fort Lovrijenac en de Adriatische Zee. Mooie kamer: kwalitatief ingericht en stijlvol afgewerkt! Lekker ontbijt: gevarieerd, vers en gezond! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Een echte aanrader!!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great and very close to the charming old town. The hotel itself has a lovely design, everything feels new, and the poolside area is a great spot to relax. The atmosphere is modern yet welcoming, and we enjoyed the comfort of the property. The only part of our experience that didn’t quite match the rest was breakfast, which felt quite minimal. We would have loved something more unique and memorable to match the quality of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend the hofel for its location, design, and relaxing vibe.

This has got to be the best located hotel in Dubrovnik! Just outside the old city walls so not far to carry your suitcase! Beautiful view and very well located for the old town and all its restaurants. Hotel was very clean and well appointed. There is a sunbathing area and plunge pool at the front (but private as raised from the road). “Garden view” was a generous description of the room as, due to the historic nature of the building, the windows were very small but this didn’t detract from the experience. Would thoroughly recommend.

As someone who considers myself a world traveler born in nearby Bosnia, living in California for the last 30 years, and exploring two new destinations each year, I always leave honest reviews so others can decide whether to book the place I stayed in or look elsewhere. Spindler Heritage Villa in Dubrovnik is an easy “yes.” My stay at Spindler Heritage Villa in Dubrovnik was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and were very friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The villa is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of charm and history. Every detail was thoughtfully cared for. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and served in a peaceful setting that made each morning special. I can’t wait to visit again!
