天堂王宮(Palacio Celeste)

立地は旧市街のメイン通りから、少し入った場所にあり最高です。 ただホテルではないので施設の看板などはなく、禁止の人ですら、そこに民泊施設があることを知りませんでした。WhatsAppのアプリかメールに、オーナーから施設の入口の写真や部屋への入り方が届きますが、英語のみです。 部屋やバスルームはとても清潔で、快適に過ごせました。 The place is nearly facing the main street of the historic town, so it must be the great place to enjoy Dubrovnik! The owner guy Vicko is a very nice and kind guy too!

This paiacio was not quite what we imaged it to be - it was more of an Air Without the Second B. The accommodation was modern, very good, and spacious. We are fit but in our seventies and these rooms are on the 4th Floor, no lift or assistance with luggage (and no banister to hold onto). We were only staying for 3 nights - and we were staying in the middle of Dubrovnik Old Town - we had a great time and did all that we wanted to. Restaurants and Bars abound in the area - everywhere was clean and tidy - befitting a World Heritage Site - we did the walls (with its 26 flights of steps) and amazing views - visited Lokrum island (you need a day if you want to see all of it) we thoroughly enjoyed our time their. Our one comment would be is that it not a cheap place but would go back quite happily

We stayed in a “junior suite” in this nicely renovated apar**ent in an historic building. The location was excellent (in heart of Old City) and the room was perfect for us. It was clean and modern. Vicko was extremely responsive and the directions for arrival were very clear. Highly recommend!

Brand new apar**ent interior in a very old building. Expect to walk up 2 flights—normal in old town but the unit was well appointed. Mgmt made efforts to assist with heavy baggage, coming and going.

Property location is good. However findig it even with Google map and lots of local conflicting directions were challenging. Travel light as there are 2 flights of stairs to climb. No lifts/ escalator

Our room was very comfortable and conveniently located in the old town. The bathroom was nice, bed comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and the room was quiet.

Numerous problems and poor communications. Unable to get into room upon arrival. Door locked from inside and after long travel day, little was done to assist. Cost us 1 hours and 15euros. We were told this was the first time this has ever happened. After speaking with other guests, they indicated it also happened to them. Not enough hot water for 1 full shower. Ad promotes non-smokng room, but that is not the case. Room smells of smoke. Room not as advertised in promotional photos. Clearly a smaller room. Kettle in room but no cups. No coffee. No tea. Property manager promised to address concerns and never heard back.

The apar**ent was recently redone to high standards of both construction and decor. Vicko was very attentive and helpful. He arranged for a car to meet us at the airport. It was lovely not to have to deal with Dubrovnik’s many stairs before we even got to the building. The apar**ent itself is a couple of stories up but still, that was nothing compared to other places I have stayed in Dubrovnik. I highly recommend this little flat! Very quiet and centrally located!

We would highly recommend, very clean & quiet. Host was responsive & communicative. Great location although there are several flights of stairs but not sure you can avoid that in Dubrovnik.
