We arrived early expecting to drop bags and return later. I was shouted at when I attempted to use the required electronic check-in and staff seemed stressed. Once we got over initial niggles church-in on our return was fairly straightforward. The room was fine except some stains on the shower privacy curtain. Location is good for easy walking around the city centre. There is no tea/coffee in rooms but a basic ‘galley’ on each floor to use.
