Súper limpio ,buen ubicado, muchas buses cerca y el desayuno muy bueno los dueños súper amables y lindo lugar tiene una terraza bella por si quieres desayunar afuera. Nos ayudaron cuando tuvimos que dejar nuestras maletas mientras hacíamos un corto vuelo !! La casa de puerta amarilla como el sol que te recibe

We really enjoyed our stay at Avoca B &B - hosted by Jack and Chilli. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Jack was a friendly and helpful host and Chilli made us smile everyday. We had easy free street parking close by. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of options. Definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights here (Thurs & Friday) and would definitely return. Because of Taylor Swift lots of hotels in Dublin were booked up, but I'm really glad we stayed here. Lovely atmosphere, nice bedrooms, lounge and garden area. A really flexible help yourself breakfast that you could eat all day. Cereal, breads, boiled eggs, meats, cheese and yoghurt, fruit, tea and coffee (a few different types). Host (Jack) is very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags with him early when we arrived and late when we flew out late in the evening. It's an easy 10 min bus ride into Dublin centre (2 euros with a leap card) with buses every few mins on the main road (5 min walk). Or walk it in 45 mins. Also easy to/from the airport (2 euro again!). Route 16 & 41 go down the main road. Drumcondra is a lovely area in its own right. Great pubs without the tourists very close by(Kennedy's and Fagans a 5 min walk). Botanic Gardens and Glasnevin cemetery (both free) are 10 mins walk and we'll worth a visit. Croke Park is 20 mins - the stadium tour is fantastic.

An absolute pleasure to stay here! This house has so much love and care put into it, and it has a truly warm atmosphere. I’d highly recommend staying here when visiting Dublin for an authentic, reliable experience. The owner is gem, and we loved getting to know him and seeing the love he put into his home. Each room has its own charm, fully updated with all you need like coffee and tea. They have even drinking water straight from the mountains. The bed is the COMFIEST ever with the softest, crispest sheets, and the bathroom was updated with a steaming hot shower. They even offer charging chords, shower essentials, and a tv with Netflix. Parking available right on the street, and the owner has parking passes for free parking. Location is incredible for Dublin. It’s on a safe street, quiet with a bus stop (5 minute walk away) that goes into the heart of the city. it gives you the best of both worlds. And the adorable Chilly Willy was an unexpected plus!I’m

Absolute BEST bed and breakfast you can find in Dublin. Also the CHEAPEST ! It's a magnificent mansion owned by an amazing couple, their son and the cutest dog Chili. They are very kind and show you everything you need to know right at the start. You have free breakfasts included in the nights you book. They have a lovely well thought decoration house which definitely makes you feel at home ! The rooms are big and the bathrooms are lovely. They fit for anyone and every taste. They also have a gorgeous back garden that you would definitely love ! I couldn't recommend anything else than this BnB in Dublin. They are located in a very safe neighborhood and you have everything close to the house. Restaurants, supermarkets, all the buses that go either right to the airport or right to the centre. Don't hesitate and pick this place, you won't be disappointed I guarantee!

Nice stay, we booked a larger room than last time. Space fine. Breakfast options excellent Location good. 400 meter from busstop Dublin Centre ＜ ＞ Airport route. The Botanical Garden is 12 minutes by foot.
