Staff very friendly and helpful enjoy the hotel

Pieces of the wall were falling off in our room. Our bathroom had a lot of black mold. The entire room was cleaned poorly. The washing machine broke and so did one of the workout machines in the gym. The elevator was also not working during our entire stay. We were on the third floor and my elderly mother had to use her inhaler every time she had to climb the stairs.

We absolutely love staying at Staybridge Hotels!! Every time we stay at one, we have an amazing experience! It is always so clean and beautifully decorated and the staff is always kind and respectful. The breakfast options are absolutely amazing! There are so many wonderful real foods to choose from. I don't want to stay at any other hotel😁

Our stay was not pleasant. We checked into a room that was about 60 degrees. Also the phone on the room was not working. We requested another room where we moved into and went out to get some dinner. We returned and determined that the floor in the room was not level and sloped significantly in places. We were about to go to bed and found that the bed was not level. The head of the bed was below the foot of the bed by a significant amount. That was crazy and we could not sleep that way. About 11 pm we moved to another room and that was an improvement. While getting into bed we noticed that there was no bed pad on the bed; we were sleeping on a bare mattress. That is definitely not acceptable. We determined we could not stay there another night and we left two days early.

Staff are wonderful - caring, knowledgeable, and kind. Breakfast is full of choices and good food - fantastic. Free washers and dryers for clothing. Big rooms. Allowed our 2 cats, but they cost $150 for 2 weeks.
