達博Maquarie River附近住宿

I had a business trip stay in Dubbo and I got a clean spacious apartment and I loved it absolutely. Great value for money and staff was so friendly. Sanju and Nimit had made sure that my stay was comfortable. Nimit went way beyond to ensure my laptop is connected well to wifi.

Easy to book on Trip.com. This is my third stay at this hotel in about the years. This time the room card didn't work meaning a return trip down the stairs with all my luggage. The corridor outside my room stank sharply of urine and cigarettes; there were cigarette butts in the window sill. The female toilets were clean, but in the morning some guy had peed a lot on the toilet floor (the seat was up and it wasn't overflow but obviously missed his target). Having locks on the toilet doors would be appreciated, allowing women only in female bathrooms. Other than this, the linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tap water is terrible. I wasn't too happy with this stay.

The room was neat and clean, with amenities as expected for the price. The main concern was the noise: I knew there was a nightclub in the building but I thought with offering rooms that there would be better sound proofing, plus we stayed on a Thursday night so I didn't think there would be such loud music till 2am. If you're looking for a party, great. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, this is not the place.

One of the better motels/Motors Inns I have stayed in travelling Australia. A large combination of motels units and Apartments set on a major Highway with surprisingly little noise. Excellent and friendly professional staff who were ready to help at all times. A little disappointed with the restaurant which claims to be “The Best West of The Blue Mountains” but I ate room service, which was good but not outstanding. The buffet breakfast was very good. Three swimming pools, one heated, were available and clean. There is also a fitness centre and conference room, neither of which I tried. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, clean but having to attend Reception to purchase mini bar stock was a minor hassle and was probably caused by people stealing on checkout. My only complaint was the shower tiles were slippery when dry. When wet they’re like walking on wet soap.

A comfortable overnight stay in town at the end of our three day visit to Dubbo to visit the Western Plains Zoo. Our refurbished twin room was well appointed and had almost everything we needed for this brief visit (tissues would be a good addition) and although on a busy road, there was no noise into the room and we had a good night’s sleep. I especially liked the great air conditioning (it was a 35+ degree day), modernised bathroom, the room decor with exposed brick walls, the two complimentary drink vouchers for the adjacent Macquarie Inn, and the 2 x complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. I subscribed to Nightcap and received a 10% discount on this first stay which brought the rate down to $162. Good value considering the rate also included breakfast (basic, but appreciated, in the Macquarie Inn).
