Perfect! Zulke lieve mensen in dit hotel! Voelde ons gelijk heel welkom bij aankomst. Lisa en Vee 🫶liefiesss en de rest van de crew mag niet ontbreken. Security was echt top. Voelde ons heel veilig hier. Het is er ook erg schoon en netjes. We hebben een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad ,mede dankzij jullie. Bedankt !!

Filthy carpets. Stank so needed room change. Lack of cleanliness, demotivated staff, filthy prayer room, horrible tight parking lot. Really gone downhill since my previous 3 stays. Always need to ask for the refund since they charge a night in advance even on free cancellation rates. Quite a pain.

Assez excentré. Mais métro 10 minutes à pied. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable, TV 5 super appréciable. Vue, bof, bof. Au fond d'une ruelle, difficile à trouver. Au alentours, pas grand chose, une supérette... Temps de métro important pour aller au sook de l'or par exemple.

That I book from ink hotel travel desk from suman.. it was a great time, Ms.Suman arrange for me a wonderful trip around Dubai and she gives me good advices that makes my trip better than I expected. At the end I would like to thank Ms.Suman for the great job she's done

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the reception staff were nice however in regards to organizing activities there was a bit of a lack of communication for the itinerary. We did not know the times of the activities in advance and at some point when we were having drinks at the pool they called us to tell us that it was time for one of the dubai activities we booked through them, we had to drop everything to get ready quickly. They should implement a formal itinerary with all the time for the activities. Other than that we had a nice time at this hotel. The security team stood out to us, they were extremely friendly and very professional at their jobs. The room was always cleaned and we got fresh towels everyday, so we really appreciate the housekeeping team, they did a great job, and they were also very professional.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel. They are not organized. I'll start with the first problem, one morning the maid comes to clean, and I just told her to take the trash and that's it, I went to sleep, when I woke up, I see that I'm missing a bag of products , and in which I also had some of my birthday presents, I call the emergency room, tell them what happened, and I told them to call the cleaning lady to talk to her. I showed him the picture with the bag to see if he remembers it and she said yes, she threw it away because she thought it was trash. And she just said sorry, I was shocked, I went to the reception and they said that the garbage truck had already picked up the trash and they can't do anything more, and they just said sorry and that was it. After I ordered some food, and I showed them the picture on whatsapp of what food I want from their menu, so they brought me some potatoes that didn't smell good and the taste is full of oil and I didn't eat, and then they messed up command. The following night, I extended the hotel by one more day, and the next day the reception staff called me saying that I had to vacate the room, but I told them that I had extended the hotel by one more day, and that I had to leave the next day, I told them to be more organized and to check better, after yes, they apologized and that was it. After I called to call someone from cleaning to change my bed linen because I haven't changed it for 3 nights, the lady at the reception answers me in a very rude tone and says "What do you want" Today when I leave again there were many problems, I asked her to send someone to help me with the luggage, and I went down with part of the luggage and he had to go up again to take the rest of the luggage. And I also asked them to help me with my luggage, they said ok, that someone will come to help me, but I waited 30 minutes and no one came. I went alone with the luggage, and the security man wanted to give my luggage to another customer because he said it was mine, I told them, those are not my luggage, he kept insisting that they were mine and so on the ladies at the reception looked and said they were mine.... Do you understand how many mistakes happened? they could give my luggage to other customers. ImYou should be more careful! I really don't understand why there are so many mistakes!

This is one of the worst hotels in Dubai ; the noise from barking dogs hardly can make you sleep peacefully. The room interior is not sound proof that make you hear all the noise from outside the room. This property I would consider it a 3 or 2 star property They don’t have valet parking facility and the parking is too narrow I felt unwelcomed when check-in The way to reach the hotel is not easy even with google map One of the towels was dirty with black spots as well as the window I don’t recommend this hotel at all for people who wants to sleep and relax

First of all the staff at the rooftop and Tanaka from the front desk are amazing people. They are kind, friendly and show personality. Some other staff are not reflecting much of motivation. I had some issues with the room and noise, the staff who answered the calls were not very helpful and did not offer any solutions. Eventually, Tanaka, was extremely helpful and kind and sorted the issues I was facing. I felt sorry to complain with her as she is so kind. Rooms are very noisy, as most of the rooms have a connecting door which is not sound proof at all!! Something they absolutely need to look into.
