GLOBALSTAY假日之家 - Sarai公寓(Globalstay Holiday Homes - Sarai Apartments)

We were there for ten days and the apartment was huge. We had a kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, water kettle, cutlery and so on. The living room had a big table, a sofa and a TV, plus a window and a balcony with a view of the skyline of Ain Dubai (tallest ferris wheel in the world) and of the Address Beach Resort (tallest swimming pool in the world). There were three big bedrooms and a smaller one. All the big bedrooms had a bathroom and there was even one in the living room. Everything was super clean. The whole apartment was literally on the private beach of the complex, which was never crowded. Instead of a key we had a code to open the door of our apartment, while downstairs there was 24h security. To get to the apartment there was an elevator. There was even a free gym downstairs for people who cannot stay away from sport even on holidays!

Не знаю в каком отеле отдыхали предыдущие комментаторы. Хорошо я их не прочитал раньше. Апартотель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Арендовали 261номер, 5 человек. Вся мебель в номере, постельное и банное бельё, такое ощущение, что только из магазина. Идеальная чистота. Кухня полностью оборудована техникой и посудой. Всё работает. Правда чашек не хватало, но после просьбы на рецепшене, принесли очень быстро. Задаток взяли 300 долларов, при выезде, после осмотра номера, вернули полностью. Претензий не предъявляли. На пляже и возле бассейна народа было очень мало, наверное не сезон. Всё ухожено, обслуживающий персонал крутится с утра до вечера. Что-то стригут, подметают, убирают, моют. Минимаркет в отеле неплохой, большой выбор продуктов и сопутствующих товаров (для отеля). Но цена высоковата, мы ездили в Нахиль молл, на въезде. Там всё-таки дешевле. Огромное спасибо менеджеру Джону. Внимательный, добросовестный, всегда на месте. Организовал нам Джип-сафари, индивидуальное, дешевле чем групповые в турфирмах. Так-что очень советую.

The apartment was nice however, quite outdated furniture, stained sofas etc and not enough crockery or cups for the whole group. The service afterwards was appalling. Firstly, they increased the deposit needed from 1000 AED to 2000 AED without any notification, despite posters next to the desk stating only 1000 AED was needed. I wasn’t too fussed about paying it because I knew our group wouldn’t cause any damage. However, after returning home i realised I was only refunded 1/3 of the deposit, obviously shocked at being charged 1300 AED I contacted the company to ask for the details. They provided me with an invoice of charges, I asked to see evidence because I was unaware we had caused damage but they have since ignored my emails and refuse to provide any evidence or photos of the damage we apparently caused. So all I can say is if you’ve already booked this place definitely pay the deposit on your credit card, I’ll be attempting to get the money back through them (probably won’t happen) but also be mindful of staying here at all. I wouldn’t recommend after being ignored and unfairly charged!

Went as a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. Building, Pool and Beach are all very good with good attending staff. Had a large Apartment with 3 bedrooms. Balcony, like others too narrow and only one table and two chairs provided ( not great for a 3 bed apartment). Largest and most spacious Bed Room had a Bath and Shower Cubicle; with the others whilst the Rooms were spacious, the Bathrooms were relatively small, smelly shower curtains, Shower head was cracked, leaking and had tape wrapped around it as a solution. The management were told twice to attend to it, no show, so swapped it myself with the shower head in what seemed to be the "maids" shower room. Bathrooms certainly not to the quality standard I have experienced from previous stays in Dubai (albeit quality hotels). Kitchen (for a self catering apartment) was sufficient and with all the appliances; just looked very dated. Clothes Iron not working, gave to reception, the promise to replace did not happen. As these are apartments and not hotel rooms, you are expected to wash your towels and dry them for use within the apartment ( washing machine provided), fresh towels not provided. Mini Market on the ground floor is very useful and there is no where else nearby to buy essentials from toilet rolls to bread. Hence probably the pricing of the goods. Visiting the nearby Sofitel and a little further, the Atlantis provided variety of eating out from basic to very good quality, albeit you do pay for it ( after all, you are on the Palm). Water was off overnight without warning, maybe that is what happens. So overall good but needs updating and management could be more customer focused and not just a smile for the price, although the Palm will attract a premium.

這棟公寓大樓的大廳和公共區域很漂亮！但是，房間很普通而且過時。我們的一間浴室有一股污水味。當我在室內呼吸困難時，空調似乎需要更換過濾器。另一間浴室的浴簾有很多黴菌（他們確實來了並將其更換）。儘管我提前透過********與業主交談，但在辦理入住手續時，前台保安對其中一位客人非常粗魯。由於位置的原因，我抱有很高的期望，但我有點失望。然而，市場工作人員很棒，我很喜歡附近有市場。

J’ai réservé dans cet établissement pour passer des vacances en famille. À notre arrivée déjà je savais qu’on n’allait pas passer un bon séjour rien que l’accueil. Le Personnel à la réception est distant et ne vous regarde même pas. Nous avons payez 2500€ pour une chambre pour une semaine. Les parties communes étaient très sales et délabrées particulièrement les toilettes près de la piscine. J’ai trouvé des matières fécales sur les murs des toilettes, les robinetteries rouillées et les portes savon cassés. J’ai demandé à voir notre chambre avec de l’accepter et ça semblait correct. En réalité les draps étaient tachés, le rideau de douche sales, les bouches d’aération non nettoyées noires de poussières, les serviettes tachées et par-dessus tout une araignée 🕷 qui se baladait sur le lit où j’ai couché un bébé de 9 mois. Leur literie est très dure nous avons demandé un sur matelas ils nous ont apporté des couvertures et des couettes pour pallier mais ce n’était pas suffisant. Ils ont dit que toutes les chambres sont dotées des meme matelas. Attention ⚠️ ils donnent une clef par chambre et si vous la perdez c’est 500 AED pareil pour la clef de parking c’est 150 AED en cas de perte. On avait tellement peur de perdre cette clef que Le même jour de notre arrivée nous sommes partis à la piscine et avons laissé notre fils aîné dormir dans la chambre avec la clef. Résultat on a frappé à la porte en vain il dormait à pont fermé et ne nous a pas entendu au bout de deux heures on a payé une nouvelle serrure pour pouvoir entrer. Lorsque j’ai demandé le remboursement de la partie de mon séjour pour aller ailleurs, ils m’ont dit que je pouvais partir mais aucun remboursement ne serait accordé. J’ai exprimé mon mécontentement via le site internet par lequel nous avons réservés et leur réponse était qu’ils me bannissaient de tous leurs établissements. Ça tombe bien parce que je n’ai aucune envie de revivre le même cauchemar.
