This review is based on communication which was absolutely shocking. We stayed for 2 months, did not request anything during the time. Once we left, I asked for the DEWA bill to be sent to me via email as they deducted 500 aed from the security deposit. Several weeks calls and messages later I still did not receive any justification of the keeping of my money!extremely distasteful.

I wanted to take the time to thank you for the pleasant stay I had at your accommodation. It was very clean and welcoming and my family and I felt right at home. We really appreciate all the care you took in making us feel welcome and comfortable. We had an awesome time and we are definitely looking forward to visiting again soon.
