I stayed 4nights, the breakfast was under average for the 5stars hotel, it always full and found hard to get the table, they have some rules like they don’t keep the chocolate when I order online, I ordered online and they didn’t come until I left the hotel so I asked the rider to drop at the reception, but the reception didn’t receive my order because they said that they have rules not to receive and keep the chocolate that customer order, but they should let us know about all this rules when we check in, they didn’t inform you about some rules they have on the check in so yea i basically didn’t know about all of the stuffs. I asked the cleaning service to clean my room during but he didn’t clean the room, I don’t think they have 5 stars hotel service, they should let the customer knows all the rules so well, so we’ll know all the rules especially prohibited rules, that’s really important to let the customer know!! before I stayed at this hotel I stayed at another hotel and they really had a best service that I couldn’t compare enough with Stella de mare hotel, not recommended to stay here from my experienced
