Having stayed here before, I can confidently say the service keeps getting better over time. From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless, warm, and incredibly professional, argely thanks to Carla. She truly elevated my business trip into something smooth and stress-free. From the generous upgrade to a beautifully clean and quiet room, to arranging a late check-out with no hesitation, nothing was ever too much to ask. Carla embodies everything hospitality should be: proactive, friendly, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. The entire staff shares this attitude, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. It’s rare to find such consistency in service across the board. Whether you’re in town for meetings or just need a well-balanced mix of productivity and relaxation, this hotel checks all the boxes. Fast Wi-Fi, great amenities (pool & gym), and a calm ambiance made it easy to focus and unwind. If you’re looking for a stay where professionalism meets warmth and efficiency, for sure this the place. I’ll absolutely be returning again.

已經在攜程是付過房費，到酒店刷卡付税，結果被偷刷1682.54迪拉姆預授權，離店後被確認為消費。聯繫攜程和酒店，都承認是錯刷了，酒店也承諾退還，但是人已經離開杜拜一週多，尚未收到退款。也不可能返回杜拜找酒店，大概率衹能自認倒黴了。 去入住一定要小心，周邊還有很多酒店，可以選其他家

我發現冷氣不涼快。凌晨 2 點換房間，工作人員慢慢地幫我安排了房間。我要到下午 5 點才能收到它。如果你問我是否會再回去，那是不可能的。泳池很漂亮，飲料也很好。

Good hotel, good location. Service is on point. One thing was disappointing. A socket exploded in the room, the fuses blew out and my charger was almost burned. They fixed the problem quickly, but no apologies, at least some compliment from the hotel for what happened. Also, here this hotel pointed as 5* but it is 4 stars hotel, what is mentioned on the entrance of the hotel.

很棒的飯店！下次來杜拜我還會住這裡。下面我會解釋原因 :) 1. 地理位置優越。飯店位於杜拜綠化最好的區域，非常適合散步休閒。步行即可到達地鐵站，搭乘計程車前往市中心（例如杜拜購物中心）也只需 15-20 分鐘。附近有很多餐廳和商店，特別是二樓的韓國超市（強烈推薦，他們家的食物很棒）。 2. 服務一流。員工非常友好！每次都帶著微笑迎接客人，英語說得非常流利，隨時準備提供協助。 3. 房間很漂亮，裝潢得也很精緻。床很舒服，我們睡得很好。雖然我們的房間樓層不高，但很安靜，而且視野開闊（可以看到泳池和摩天大樓）。 4. 早餐非常棒。種類豐富，以歐式菜餚為主。一定要嚐嚐酪梨！這裡的食材非常新鮮。

房間很乾凈，服務真的很熱情，有問必答，有需求也一點幫忙解決。要求送兩瓶水，立刻就會送。早晨需要熱牛奶也是立刻會端上來。 還總會熱情打招呼。

離Internet City Metro Station 出口2步行10分鐘內，離棕櫚島打車過去也不遠。服務不錯，泳池曬太陽很舒服也很適合剛下飛機休息。

The hotel and facilities were excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and varied. The bar on the 4th floor was a great spot for some evening socialising. Loved it and would definitely stay again.

房間乾淨，比較新，衞浴用品齊全，還有冰箱，提供免費的過濾水 但是雙人間床頭插座有點少 離地鐵站近（需違規過馬路，不能跟着谷歌的導航走） 附近還有去阿布扎比的免費巴士，如果你不介意違規過馬路，距離免費巴士的上車地點衹有不足10分鐘的路程 早餐感覺一般，價格較高且有額外税費，建議定含早餐的房型或者出去吃 我英語很差，酒店沒主動提供中文服務，不過入住和退房整個流程都很順利，工作人員都很熱情 考慮入住時的價格很便宜，對於本次入住我很滿意

Just for one night. The hotel has an atmosphere of those coworing places at the front and reception. Room decoration follows the ssme style. Still, it is a fully functional hotel. I was tired and didn't have the will to take pictures this time.
