Very good hotel, very nice staff. We really enjoyed stay in So Uptown. A big thanks to all friendly staff, especially Pathum Lakshan who was very helpful and kind. Hotel is vey well located and has a modern and elegant design. We spent amazing time there!

We were very fortunate to be staying at SO Uptown during the recent floods and could not have been made to feel more welcome and accommodated by the staff, who were dealing with really challenging circumstances. The manager (Daniel) is a class act and leads a great team. Our room was immaculate, with stunning views over the city. Fantastic food throughout the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Nice stay, get a free upgrade studio room at the highest floor from Yaman. All hotel staff, directors and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Will be back when I travel to Dubai again 😊😊

Incredible service and a wonderful place to stay. When you need help with anything specific find Mateen he has a winning attitude and will bend over backwards to help you. I will be back for sure

Weird policy of being cancelled booking after full payment. I booked for 17th to 24th but becoz of flight cancelation that made me nearly no room to stay at 2:30am. If I don't complain and fight for it, I would have no room and no refund on-site!

Welcoming staff with nice sky views. I love the breakfast concept with alacart choices served with endless croissants and beverages. It woth the visit. Despite the fact it’s a bit far from the beach, but still sky views can afford fabulous moments. Spa services like if I never had a massage before with a senior therapist. Thanks to Ahmad and his team Arzu, paul and , crystal for their amazing work.

An unforgettable stay at SO/ Uptown Dubai! The entire staff, from housekeeping to front desk to directors, was simply amazing. They made me feel like a superstar throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel room was clean and the staff was very polite. The hotel has also been recently renovated. Many thanks to Mateen, who was always ready to help with any question and was always happy to respond to my requests. thanks to him my stay at the hotel was very good.

Excellent service. But in JLT it’s bit remote. Breakfast could be little better.

Look no further! I usually don’t rave with reviews. From aesthetics to food & comfort ..can I just say - what a fabulous retreat all together. This hotel is a gem to be discovered before the hype set’s in. We were inspired by the architecture and sheer luxury all around. Lookout for Peter, Rendell, Aditya (all from concierge), Adiyah(reception) & co. to make your stay easier & splendid! Valet is complimentary and dining/room service is 24/7. There’s a spa, salon, restaurants and lounge onsite. This is the spot to be at in Dubai! So worth everything.

Hotel is brand new and very clean. Great detail to choice of electronics and amenities in the room. Modern looking room with a lovely view of the city. Kasun and Peter were especially friendly. Helpful with luggage and transportation. Thank you

Check in took too long since the reception personnel were chatting with guests instead of finalizing the check in. At check out they were very aggressive to leave at 12 even though we asked for 15-20 minutes extra only but we left on time. I understand its a holiday season but they can amanage crowds and thier requests much better as seen in other hotels during the same periods. Valet service was fast, but Oh yeah, they annoyed us to leave at 12 and then we had to wait 20 minutes til they got our luggage even though we were the only car at check out! The shower area has only curtains and no glass separating it from the room so it was load when someone took a shower! All in all i wont book again in this hotel.
