世博村服務公寓(Expo Village Serviced Apartments)

Отличная квартира прямо у входа в метро. Сюда же приезжает автобус из аэропорта Аль Мактум. Если летите туда/оттуда, то отличный вариант. Есть вся необходимая техника, включая стиралку. Идеально на долгий период, но, единственное, долго ехать на метро до центра и по максимальной цене. Рядом можно отлично погулять в Экспо.

Not the first time to go but it’s good as always

I booked a few nights with the hotel via booking a few months ago. Shortly after, I realized I won't be able to proceed with my trip and requested to cancel a few weeks prior to my scheduled arrival. A few days ago, I've noticed the hotel charged my credit card for the entire stay. After some queries it seems my cancellation request didn't go through. While I was sure that once the hotel will realize there was a misunderstanding, they would refund my money. However, I was shocked by the horrible customer service. Until this day i didn't get any replies to my emails nor were able to talk to a manager with good english and authority to assist me. I travel a lot and this is the first time I've encountered such a thing.

Travelled to Dubai to have a great experience but one hotel employee failed to provide the most basic thing~ empathy. Just because the management have the upperhand on things, they forgot the ways/journey the customers had to go through in order to have that vacation or to reach that place. They have no proper system as well and choose whoever they like to be treated nicely. The satisfaction & smirk you see on the manager’s face when he saw you beg is really something worthy to note. Can’t complain about the location since it is a minute away from the metro. They have good facilities. All in all, this hotel could be better.

Nice apartment good for cooking. Good Dubai metro access. Nice pool. A quiet area.

We booked for this week to enjoy with my friends, however we cancelled the booking due to weather conditions and asked them to reconsider to do a rebooking on the following week but they did not accept it. It is really bad as we did not expect this to happen but this property is not helping at all. Won’t book on this property ever again.

Highly recommend.It’s a really really amazing apartment.I been staying at so many high quality hotels like Jumeirah Madinat and Palm but believe me I never axpect what I saw at this apartment.The rooms are very very clean .The staff daily cleaning the room and changing bed .In the room u have everything u need like full staff of kitchen , in the washroom everything is there.And want to say a special a lot of thx to the staff -everyone is treating you with the big smile and worm welcome special like Mina,Ahmed,Mohammed they are just amazing.They are always was w as to help at any time we need .Swimming pool are very clean -even lifeguards always smiling.Thx a lot for the wonderful time we are really enjoyed
