I won a voucher and I sent an email to the Team to redeem it, I was aware as it is mentioned on the voucher that I should present it upon arrival, I kept the voucher in my car, however on the same day we used another car and forgot to bring the voucher, we reached the hotel at 13:30 to check in, the front office refused to check us in because I don't have the voucher with me, I told Jerel that I will bring the voucher on the same day or the day after but he totally refused. I waited for around 45 minutes and no solution was given. we left for breakfast and came back to drop the family off to check in, I spoke again with Jerel asking him to check my family in and I would go to bring the voucher from home in Sharjah, he again refused and asked me to pay the deposit, then we decided to leave home to bring the voucher and we checked in at approximately 17:00. We were given room 204, which is wrong, when I called Jerely he said that we were given the wrong room and it should be F204, eventually, we shifted to the bigger room. I have been in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years and I never experienced such a humiliating situation.

اتمنا المصداقيه اذا فيه إصلاحات والتأكد من مواعيد الإفطار كذالك اتمنا ان تعطي الغرفه بنفس الحجز وليس غرفه اقل من الحجز
so basically this is one of my favorite hotels that i always recommend my friends and family to stay in because its opposite my house, but what happend last time was horrible. they gave me a weird room of studio but ive stayed in studios before it was not like the one i stayed in, the bathroom was so different whenever i wanna take a shower it fill up with water + i guess this toilet is for people of determination thats why its different and one more thing is that i tried calling 0 to complain about the people next to me because there was kids shouting and running in the corridor and it was around 12 am
