My stay here was very comfortable. This was not a luxury hotel but clean and had the basic things I needed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Springhill Suites again. However, the only two things I noticed but weren't major issues were a few spots on the wall in the shower not mold. The closet door for hanging my cloths was too close to the bed. When I opened the door it blocked me because the door leaned against the bed. I just thought this was a poor layout. Probably not all the rooms are like this.
