Скудная еда, за 10 дней все прошло по третьему кругу...нет русских телеканалов, хотя в рекламе озвучивают их наличие.Для людей после операций по замене суставов противопоказанна мебель с низкой посадкой, но такая мебель стоит во всех холлах санатория.Люди приезжают на реабилитацию не только физическую, но им требуется и психологическая поддержка, а в санатории не проводят никаких увеселительных мероприятий.Плохое месторасположение- в центре спекулятивные цены на прохладительные напитки, а до ближайшего магазина 1км.Кто дал этому центру 4 звезды? Слабая тройка.

This is the third year in a row that my husband and I have visited UPA. And it hasn't disappointed yet! Very cosy atmosphere, the spacious rooms. Only the TV is slow, but if you don't have something necessary to watch - maybe it's for the best.😃 The staff is extremely friendly. Great pool and sauna area. Always clean, not shabby. We always go in the evening, around 8pm, so it's really normal traffic, you can try everything with no waiting. The food is just perfect! Varied, healthy, suitable for vegetarians (even vegans would survive, just less variety). Although the 3 time per day buffet is a bit too much for us, we don't get hungry, we can't resist ordering - it's so tasty. 😃 The treatments, as far as I could tell, are also faultless. I really like the "Upa" programme, there could be more short programmes like this, which would make the prices more affordable and make it possible to afford this kind of relaxation more often. By the way, it seems that this spa is mostly chosen by cool people 😃 But really! Polite, calm. Although there are a lot of children sometimes, even they are somehow less mischievous than in other places.😃

The overall experience was nice, spa is clean and beautiful. There were some issues with booking and I did not enjoy the breakfast - the spa serves juice drink that tastes like sugar instead of juice.
