Upon my arrival, the reception told me that because of the system problem and they cannot contact us, there was no room provided on their hotel and asked us to walked to another hotel by ourselves which they said was similar grading and only 5 to 10 minutes walk. Actually I received email from trip.com two days beforehand and no message was received regarding the arrangement. I was dissatisfied and eventually the reception said they would arranged a free taxi for us as we had two heavy luggages and bags with us. As such, I did not live in this hotel and was arranged to another hotel with an assessbility room provided. The whole encounter was very unpleasant.
