Stayed 2 nights 24th and 25th December stayed many times over the years at the Drouin motel no light breakfast and same towels for the 2 nights we stayed at never had that at any motel we have stayed in while we were traveling over the years always clean towels. .

stayed here overnight. Its a motel nothing exciting. A small room, too much furniture but very very clean. Should remove the table and chair to make it feel more spacious. The bed was comfortable. Reception staff very blase. Next morning power outage due to faulty toaster. No staff, not picking up phone, intercom did not work, no arrival at start time. 3 hours of nothing! Had to sit outside on walkway to boil a kettle from elec outlet near reception. what a joke. Dont have office hours or phone number when no one to help in a crisis. Again upon leaving went in to drop off key and no one. Sign states leave key here. No way to treat customers in such a small town reliant upon tourists. Perhaps look farther than this motel. (A new toaster was supplied 3.5 hours later, with 30 mins to go before required checkout.) No offer of reduced fee due to inconvenience, nothing. very disappointed.
