Hotel Restaurant Elite

Service was rude & ill mannered by Sumi & another Nepali girl. Wifi which was paid for was not provided & Sumi came to the room & said the password was not working on my iPhone. She disappeared after saying it would be rectified & she would bring me hot water & coffee as there is no such provision in the room of a kettle. Room is not cleaned nor the bathroom toilet roll or towels replaced. When we finally requested Sumi came in chewing gum & with a mocking attitude of ridicule with another colleague she was talking nineteen to the dozen until we requested she finish her work & leave as I was very unwell. She said the room was done though only bed was made, so we requested the bathroom be cleaned & essentials replaced. It was done reluctantly. I suggest one employ locals & not foreigners who bring ill repute to a good property. Food as well especially breakfast was the worst we had on this European holiday. I request the management look into this seriously & ensure service & professionalism be maintained. As well a review on buffet breakfast please.

Large room bathroom & shower room large and comfortable Breakfast varied and satisfying Staff speak English and willing to help Excellent WIFI signal input even in rooms It seems they try hard to maintain the hotel well No elevator
