Fully equipped 3-room apartment with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a very large living room with 2 more beds on the sofa. For our smallest guests there is a cot and a highchair ready. The cot can be placed in both bedrooms.
The apartment is located in the district of Cotta, with direct transport links to the city center. You drive 12 minutes by tram to the castle, the kennel and the Frauenkirche. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. By car, the apartment is only 7 minutes from the motorway exit Altstadt and Neustadt. Thus, the ideal starting point to explore Dresden and Saxony.
Shops for groceries (Lidl, Aldi and Edeka) are within walking distance and to the bakery is only 50 meters. To a large organic farm "Vorwerk Podemus" one drives by car only 10 minutes.
If the kids are not tired of the city stroll, they can let off steam on the trampoline. A sandbox and swings are also willing to share.
The city of Dresden charges a tourist tax of € 6.00 per night regardless of the number of people in the apartment.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Die Wohnung ist von der Autobahn A4 aus gut zu erreichen. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man schnell ins Zentrum. Die Haltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke, ebenso ein Bäcker. Ein paar Minuten weiter findet man weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet, es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Die meisten Dinge sogar mehrfach. Auch Bücher und Spiele sind in großer Zahl vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps, was man in Dresden unternehmen kann.

Netter Empfang, tolle Wohnung
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen , nach dem Papierkram gab es noch Reisetips Dresden und Umland . Die Wohnung an sich liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und ist sauber und ordentlich. Man hat alles was man braucht. Im Garten gibt es schöne Sitzecken.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Lidl)sind vorhanden.

Perfekt
Empfang war nett und freundlich. Wohnung piccobello sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus Ruhige Lage, aber schnell mit dem Auto im Zentrum. Bäcker gleich an der Ecke. Hund war auch herzlich willkommen. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und sehr nette Gastgeber! 100% Weiterempfehlung

Tolle Ferienwohnung in super Lage
Nah genug am Zentrum, um schnell in der Stadt zu sein mit den Öffis und weit genug weg, um in einer ruhigen Umgebung zu sein. Sehr herzliche Vermieter. Ferienwohnung ist schön inkl. tollem Garten. Bäcker und Gaststätte sind auch ums Eck.

Schöne Zeit
Auf super intensives verlängertes Wochenden in einer der besten Städte Deutschlands. Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr netter Kontakt. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Vermieter
Die Wohnung liegt in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend, aber nah genug am Zentrum, gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Gerne wieder.

Kurzer Städtetrip mit Konzert
Die Wohnung und auch die Gastgeber sind großartig. Haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für paar Tage braucht und genügend Platz für bis zu 6 Menschen.
In der City ist man super schnell und auch die Rinne, ist sogar fußläufig erreichbar wenn msn nicht gegen einen etwas längeren Spaziergang hat…

Superschöne Wohnung für Dresdenaufenthalt
Wir hatten ein supertolles Wochenende hier in Dresden. Wir wurden hier supernett empfangen. Kleinere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch Geschirr war in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. In der Küche ist eine Mikrowelle, ein E-Herd,eine Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Desweiteren waren auch genügend Spiele und Bücher vorhanden. Im Garten finden Kinder ebenfalls genug Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Toben. Wir können diese Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder selbst buchen.
