If you break the rules, we reserve the right to penalize.★EXTRA GUEST - We designed our apartament environment for 8 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $30/person for extra overnight guests. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.★NOISE OR DISTURBANCE - To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay, we ask that you be respectful of neighbors and other Airbnb guests on the property, not causing disturbances, noise or disturbance.
