Servizio ottimo,la struttura era alla altezza delle aspettative

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura approfittando di due giorni di relax. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa con ampi spazi verdi attorno. Camera pulita e adatta al livello dell'hotel. I servizi sono davvero eccellenti in particolare la SPA. Molto piacevole la cucina del vicino Gastarea Bistrot con una cucina attenta ai prodotti del territorio. La vera sorpresa è stata la colazione sia per la varietà che per la qualità del buffet. C'è attenzione a tutte le esigenze alimentari. Squisito e gentile il personale della reception.

Albergo un po' fuori dal centro ma immerso nel verde e nel silenzio. Camere spaziose e pulite. Grande parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti. L'unica cosa un filino da migliorare, secondo me, è mettere qualche telo doccia in più perché se si è in due il secondo ha il telo completamente bagnato. Comunque nel complesso un buon hotel

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Hotel Anusca. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering an impressive variety and fresh food. The atmosphere was welcoming and familiar, and the staff extremely friendly and always ready to help. We dined at the hotel's restaurant, Gastarea, where the service provided by Rafael was outstanding. Rafael is extremely kind, professional, and speaks English and Spanish, which facilitated communication. He recommended an excellent local wine, and the dinner was delicious. Although we didn't have time to visit the wellness area, we will definitely be back. I recommend this hotel for families with children as well as couples. And yes, they also accept pets; we came with our two small dogs, and everything went perfectly. Adding to all of this, the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel significantly contributed to our comfort and overall pleasant experience.

abbiamo prenotato io e i miei amici il 17/09 in questo albergo carino, abbiamo preso 4 camere il receptionist che ci ha accolto molto professionale e simpatico il portiere della notte no assolutamente no un po maleducato e con dei modi non troppo adeguati..... camere belle la mia 227 un po troppo oscura per i miei gusti pero carina, peccato che ho dimenticato il mio apple watch e quando ho chiamato mi hanno detto che non c'era

Mi sono recata in questa struttura dovendo partecipare ad un corso di formazione. Ambienti nuovi e arredati con stile moderno, camere pulitissime e spaziose (anche quelle più basic). Piscina esterna immersa in un giardino verde, con lettini e tavolini per potersi riposare. L’hotel è anche dotato di una palestra ad ingresso gratuito (non l’ho provata personalmente ma pare essere piuttosto spaziosa e attrezzata) e di una SPA ad accesso a pagamento. Presenza di garage interno e ampio spazio anche esternamente per le auto. Colazione varia e abbondante, pranzi semplici e leggeri ma adeguati per non appesantirsi troppo. Esternamente alla struttura, a fianco della piscina, è anche presente un ristorante dall’atmosfera accogliente. Rispetto all’aula d’informazione devo evidenziare una grossa pecca di fondo: ovvero l’utilizzo di sedie di plastica dove dover trascorrere intere giornate (7/8 ore), davvero scomode e poco funzionali, senza nemmeno un banchetto per scrivere. Ho dovuto recuperare un cuscino per non rompermi la schiena. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

L'hotel è confortevole, un business hotel immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità. E'dotato di una piscina si riposa abbastanza bene, se però hai vicini rumorosi le camere non sono perfettamente insonorizzate. prezzi in linea con lo standard. ampio parcheggio

Pulito e accogliente, sono stata 5 giorni per un convegno di lavoro, struttura adeguata ai convegni e poi anche al meritato relax, personale gentile in particolar modo Luigi, sempre disponibile e gentile, colazione ricca e di ottima qualità

The Anusca Palace Hotel is within a cluster of several hotels in the resort area of Castel San Pietro Terme. I found that it is one of the nicer properties. Our room was recently renovated and was very nice and clean and was of moderate size. The internet worked well and the TV had satellite TV service, allowing viewing of channels from the U.S. The property had a very nice outdoor pool, which was a requirement of the wife, especially in the 90+ degree heat of July. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. One annoying feature was that the key card had to inserted into a slot to turn on power to lights and AC. Only one key was issued to us as the hotel said there was only 1 key per room and more keys were on backorder. This was inconvenient when my wife had to have to key to stay in the room and when I returned later in the evening, I had to have hotel staff let me in. Hopefully this might be fixed now. Food was a disappointment. The expectations of dining in the Emilia Romagna area of Italy are fairly high. Breakfast, which was the same fare (egg, cheese, cold cuts) each day, had no change over the course of a week. Food attendants were not attentive to the buffet as items would frequently run out. The wife had dinner one night which was a pizza night and it was lackluster at best. There were better dining options throughout the town. Overall, the stay was very nice, but it would be wise eat out.
