Fabulous 4 Season Resort Home on the Ten Mile River

Ten Stars for Ten Mile River! We had an amazing stay here! The house and property are lovely: the house is compact, cozy and well maintained with big sliding doors in the dining/ sitting areas that open to a wide deck with incredible views of the lawn, river and passing wildlife. (Cardinals, blue jays, heron, osprey and two magnificent bald eagles kept us company all summer long.) The two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs are all very comfy; there's a small office that made WFH possible and lots of amenities too - the foosball, bocce court and horseshoes were in constant use. The pool is a short walk across the grass and it was delightful to swim under big open skies with an elegant weeping willow nearby. Markets were about 10-15 minutes away, great pizza, burger, bakeries and ice cream spots are also nearby and lots of options for hikes/ nature walks. It was the perfect balance of quiet and connected - highly recommend!
