We have had issues with holiday inn express during our three week trip. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman. They were clearly understaffed, however. We had absolutely no hot water for a shower the evening we arrived, or for the shower the following morning. So disappointing. Some of the lighting in our room was not working. The next morning for breakfast, they were running about 30 minutes behind. Selection was just OK. I have shown concern with this motel chain a few times with little or no reasonable response.

Check in went great! The front desk attendant was super friendly and efficient- check in was super smooth and fast. We arrived an hour prior to check in time- she didn’t throw a stink or excuse as some people/ hotels do but welcomed us jolly style, got us our keys and to our room. Room was clean- maybe bathroom floor in a corner could’ve been cleaner but that’s all that hit my radar- clean and comfortable, quiet. Signature Express bedding never disappoints.

Comfy, spacious. Arrived both nights after dark, but area looked nice. I saw others complained of traffic noise..yes, I could hear the louder type of vehicles, but it didn’t wake me or bother my sleep. Breakfast was average fare. Staff was pleasant. Only complaint:our tub/shower didn’t drain. I called and They quickly came and plunged it which allowed my shower water to drain, but when husband showered it filled and took forever to drain again.

Very nice and updated. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, the hotel is in walking distance to a very good sports bar. We loved our stay!

Very nice staff, clean rooms, sweet little happy hour in lobby. There is a sports bar, Scooters, and other food options next door. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable beds, quiet, good breakfast and WiFi. We stay here often and have never had a bad experience.

In an age where customer service is a thing of the past, this staff was exceptional! Clean, quiet and safe environment.

It was Christmas Day so I can understand the lack of cleanliness in general traffic areas. Although our room was not clean upon arrival. The service was great though!

Nice motel in new part of town. Friendly service. Nice-sized room.
