"我們因爲價格在最後一分鐘訂了這個地方, 前台小姐姐人很好,告訴我提前入住要20美金,說他們新管理,重新做整個酒店。當我們到達房間時,我們注意到了很多開始。房間真的很陳舊。我們聞到的氣味真的很乾淨,他們一定是剛剛服務過。看起來他們已經開始重新做酒店了。雖然是相當的,他們有非常好的菜電視。總的來說,工作人員非常好,很專業。我每年只來奧爾巴尼一次,但我明年一定會入住,看看他們做了什麼。"

"Hotel has a good location but front desk staff was slow for request. My hotel room was never cleaned the two days I stayed and the front desk was clueless as to why. They were short on towels for my family and at one point wanted to charge 50.00 extra dollars for an hour extended stay or late check out. I’ve never been charged for a late check out. I wouldn’t recommend this place other than the location."

"WOW what an incredible hotel! All the finishes touches really felt five star. From the incredibly comfortable bed/sheets, plush towels, 5 star bathroom amenities, well decorated rooms and lobby/restaurant, high end finishes in the rooms/hotel, and extremely friendly staff I was VERY impressed! This is such a well thought out and well equipped place to really elevate the downtown Albany scene.!!!!"

"The pillows were filthy on top of me reserving a king suite I was put in a king queen and told that I couldn’t have the king suite bc I paid with my points instead of cash or credit card the service is horrible I told I had to pay a one hundred dollar deposit as well this room is beyond trash it’s unacceptable"

"OMG!!!! Do not go to this place! It stunk! Get into a room, 107 I believe check out the bathroom, after traveling my usual first stop. The sink has pink stains, the toilet has stains, oh yeah the sink has what looks like a 2 by 4 holding up the one side. The bathroom has two towels and two wash cloths and a mat for the shower. No hand towel. The shower curtain is barely hanging on the curtain rod. Ready for the bedroom? We could feel what felt like springs on the beds. The beds were also sunken in various areas. Had to look all over the room for outlets to charge our electronics. The rug felt damp underfoot. The AC worked and was noisy all night. Never do a Knights Inn again! Don’t believe the website or the photos! I felt like we were staying in a flop house that charges by the hour!"
