Excellent stay and good people to support in all aspects of information

One of the best hotel in Cameroun. Breakfast is very good. And hotel is near the airport.

Le meilleur rapport qualité prix à Douala. Bonne qualité du service. Chambre et sanitaires spacieux et propres. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

L' hôtel est top ! et à conseiller. très bien situé à Bonapriso, l'accueil et sécurité parfait, Petit déjeuner excellent beaucoup de variétés pour tous, chambre moyennement propres mais régulièrement nettoyées. Mettre un accent sur la formation du personnel car malgré la bonne volonté, il y a beaucoup de lacunes. Seul point négatif est la carte d'accès à la chambre très souvent désactivée.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for the weekend , time to get adjusted to the heat and every time . we took two connected because we had children and I was also pregnant . The standard of the cleanliness is to commend and the staff so polite and welcome , we shock and so happy 🥰. we were absolutely thrilled by the customer service , room very clean , staff extremely courteous and polite. The Breakfast was my highlight, loooove it . I was with my husband and Kids and I was also pregnant . I would always go back when are in Cameroon .

Excellent service en plein coeur du centre ville de Douala. Accueil chaleureux, propreté exemplaire et personnel dédié. Mention spéciale à la nourriture qui est excellente. On y mange bien et on y dort bien. Navette vers awroport disponible. Merci STAR LAND pour votre établissement exemplaire. Un séjour mémorable.

The hotel is very clean and is found in a central location. However the customer service should be improved and the staff should be more engaged. The 7th floor is really hot and my room stayed at 28 Degrees Celsius even though the aircon was sent at 16Degrees C. Please work on the customer service.

The pillowcases had stains. The rooms were otherwise clean, and the room smelt fresh. I was surprised that the room was not sprayed for mosquitoes especially after I saw one. The atmosphere was generally great, but the hotel could do better in making information available. The staff were courteous and helpful. Good location for access to airport.
