奧伯格機場飯店

This hotel is a dump and the front desk was rude and unaccommodating. The room was small, the lights did not work, the wallpaper was falling off, damp carpet, dirty walls, the toilet rocked when you sat down, RAT traps in the breakfast area, huge puddle of water in the dining area, the shuttle was sketchy and probably isn't road worthy. Both our vehicles were snowed in and took a very long time to shovel out with the tiny shovels they provided. At the time of booking we booked a room with 2 beds and 1 week parking, we inquired about parking for a second vehicle and were told it was an extra $10 a day. When we checked in we were told that parking was not included and they made us pay extra for two vehicles. They would not give a discount or apologize for the issue, we even spoke to the manager. They insisted we booked through *********** which we did not. We booked by calling the number that pops up when you google their name! ZERO customer service. Do not stay here.
