While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
