Das Haus, ihre Besitzer, die Einrichtung, die Atmosphäre, das Frühstück und noch so viel mehr sind einfach ein Traum und absolut liebenswert. Man fühlt sich so geborgen, dass man am Liebsten für immer bleiben möchte. Das Frühstück ist super gut und man bekommt alles sehr liebevoll serviert. Sowohl Dee als auch Nigel sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Ich habe mich selten so geborgen in der Ferne gefühlt wie bei Ihnen,

Well what is not to like about Heartseed b and b, in fact by the end of our stay it felt more like home. Firstly Dee and Nigel are excellent hosts who made you feel like family. Making the stay so enjoyable. We stayed as we were attending my nieces wedding in Dornoch but wanted to have a few more days there to visit the local area. The rooms were immaculate with views over fields making the morning coffee taste better. The shower excellent and spacious enough even for me at 6ft 4in tall. Breakfast was amazing, you have to have the haggis when you are there. The views again looking out over fields. Dee and Nigel were knowledgeable about the area. Just ask them and don’t try to guess what to do. To say we were sad to leave was and understatement. If we are ever travelling to the highlands again we will definitely be staying here. Make sure you book early so you won’t be disappointed.

Dee and Nigel are fantastic and friendly hosts with a couple of wee dogs who are no problem at all. The house itself is a little outside of the village but a short drive to the pub and eateries. Our hosts were very helpful in recommending places for us to visit during our stay in the region. Breakfast was fantastic and the room itself very cosy and with all amenities. It was the best B&B we stayed at during our time in Scotland. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay thank you both , we were made to feel at home by Dee and Nigel. Room was ideal having a fridge made it perfect. Husband was golfing and Dee was us giving him an early breakfast . Our favourite stop of the holiday! Dee & Nigel were the most wonderful and welcoming hosts, we loved every minute of our stay. A beautiful home to stay in, brilliant local knowledge and recommendations catered to our interests and the most delicious breakfast to get your day started. We travelled with our two dachshunds who were also made to feel right at home with thoughtful additions to the room such as a water bowl, towel and treats etc. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else next time we are in Dornoch. Thank you for having us :)

Dee and Nigel are exceptionally welcoming hosts. Our room had a beautiful view across fields and Dornoch Firth. The room was superbly appointed, with a very comfortable bed, a fridge with fresh milk, and, to my wife's delight, a hairdryer with a long cord and a make up mirror. Breakfast was excellent, with eggs from their own chickens. Highly recommended!

What a treat to spend 2 nights with Nigel and Dee in Dornoch. I stayed in Loch room which had wonderful views over the fields and sea in the distance. They had thought of everything and I wanted for nothing. The room was a good size and the shower was hot and powerful. There was coffee and tea for early morning cuppas and also a residents’ lounge to relax in. I was able to decide what time to have breakfast, which Nigel cooked to order. There was a wide choice of cold and cooked options. Nigel and Dee were amazing hosts and I would thoroughly recommend their place to future travellers.

As everyone says, staying here is a fabulous experience. Exceedingly comfortable, beautiful breakfast, and Dee and Nigel are fantastic hosts. They set the standards for others to reach. Dornoch is lovely, and nearby Tain is interesting. There are lots of great spots to visit nearby.

Quite simply the very best B&B we've ever stayed in & way better than most hotels. Nigel & Dee are fabulous hosts. Their attention to detail is second to none. The rooms are tastefully furnished & spotless. The breakfast was superb. Overall amazing! Thank you ♡
