多切斯特普瑞米旅館

優點-位置不錯的酒店。乾淨的房間。舒適的床和枕頭（羽絨被太熱）。所有工作人員都非常好。早餐整體來說還不錯，但最好的是早上現點現做的。 12 點退房。缺點－房間空調控制的最低溫度是 19 度？ ？晚上我必須開著窗戶，但下著雨，雖然這不是問題，但外面有東西在大聲滴水，所以我不得不在兩個晚上的凌晨 3 點關上窗戶，因為這很煩人，而且我太熱了……我戴著耳塞，能聽到耳邊滴水的聲音。我沒有抱怨，因為我不認為滴水是工作人員的錯，但我認為 Premier Inn 應該對房間溫度控制採取一些措施。 糟糕的電視！聲音不夠大，幾乎沒有頻道。 不過我可能還會再住在這裡因為優點多於缺點。工作人員確實成就了這家酒店。他們都非常平易近人和友好，當我需要什麼的時候，他們似乎沒有太多的麻煩。

早餐，培根煮得太熟沒辦法吃，雞蛋也是冷的。 晚餐，食物品質不佳，菜單有限。 與我們在卡姆伯恩的住宿相比，我會給 5 顆星，而多切斯特的住宿我會給 1 顆星。 工作人員很有禮貌，但他們幾乎就像在讀劇本一樣。

I booked a plus room and when i arrived i was given a triple family room instead (same value in pricing as a plus room conveniently) and was told there wasnt any plus rooms left eventhough i know what i booked, the website said it had plus rooms availble when they clearly did not and it booked me a different room than what i had actually chosen. It was only after selecting standard plan and purchasing did i then recieve an email saying triple family room and i now cant cancel without loosing 140 damn pounds. When i got into the room it also sta k off piss and there was rubbish hidden under the bed which made me question the freshness of the duvet so immediatly i requested a new one (had to wait a few hours too) I felt scammed and when i confronted staff with this issue that clearly wasnt my fault i was then made to feel like i wasnt believed and that it was my fault when the fault was on the websites end in terms of booking. I am NEVER staying at another premier inn again as this isnt the first time this sort of stuff has happened to me and its an obvious cheeky scam they're pulling, especially on people that dont want to pay extortionate prices for a flexible plan (flexible means you can cancel and get money back if not satisfied, basically they are locking your refund behind a paywall which should be illegal)
