Natural Park Villa Resort

Das Hotel hat schöne und geräumige Zimmer, die Anlage ist gross und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Restaurant ist ok, die Karte bietet viel Auswahl jedoch mussten wir jeweils bis zu 90min auf das Essen warten.. und dann war es auch noch kalt. Das Personal ist nett und gibt sich Mühe. Die Massage ist sehr gut! Es hat regelmässige Unterhaltung. Etwas mühsam ist, dass man die Rechnung jeweils nach jeder Mahlzeit direkt bezahlen muss, ich konnte sie jedoch auf eine tägliche Bezahlung überreden. Insgesamt gut mit Luft nach oben.

Revue en français : Nous avons séjourné au Natural Park Villa Resort à Zanzibar et, bien que les villas soient spacieuses et décorées avec goût, notre expérience a été entachée par des problèmes majeurs de climatisation. Dès notre arrivée tardive le premier jour (vers 22h30), nous avons constaté que la villa était extrêmement chaude en raison d’une climatisation défectueuse. Malgré des interventions quotidiennes des techniciens pendant nos quatre jours sur place, une des chambres est restée sans climatisation fonctionnelle. Les hôtes ont créé un groupe WhatsApp pour faciliter la communication, mais leurs excuses répétées n’ont pas résolu le problème. Une proposition de changement de villa a été faite le deuxième soir à 21h30, alors que nos enfants et une personne âgée dormaient déjà, ce qui n’était pas pratique. Aucun geste commercial n’a été offert, et les ventilateurs proposés en remplacement ne fonctionnaient pas. En guise de dernier message, on nous a indiqué que le problème provenait du fournisseur d’électricité national, qui sous-alimentait certaines villas. En gros, nous n’avons pas eu de chance, car d’autres membres de notre famille n’ont pas rencontré ce problème au cours de leur séjour. Si vous réservez là-bas, je vous invite à croiser les doigts bien fort pour ne pas rencontrer la même mésaventure que nous, car après trois nuits dans ce “sauna”, nous étions ravis de quitter l’établissement. Review in English: We stayed at Natural Park Villa Resort in Zanzibar, and although the villas are spacious and tastefully decorated, our experience was marred by significant air conditioning issues. Upon our late arrival (around 10:30 PM), we found the villa extremely hot due to a faulty AC system. Despite daily technician interventions during our four-day stay, one of the rooms remained without functional air conditioning. The hosts created a WhatsApp group to facilitate communication, but their repeated apologies did not resolve the issue. A proposal to change villas was made at 9:30 PM (second night), when our children and an elderly person were already asleep, which was impractical. No compensation was offered, and the fans provided as an alternative did not work. In their final message, we were told that the issue stemmed from the national electricity provider, which was under-supplying certain villas. Essentially, we were unlucky, as other family members did not encounter this problem during their stay. If you plan to book there, I suggest you cross your fingers tightly to avoid the same misadventure we experienced, as after three nights in this “sauna,” we were glad to leave the establishment.

Il natural park è un posto bellissimo ma da migliorare. Abbiamo alloggiato in una villa in seconda fila trovandoci molto bene: piscina soleggiata e riparata dal vento, villa silenziosa e privacy. La sicurezza è sempre presente. La zona sabbiosa è regolarmente pulita. Le piscine sono ben tenute. La posizione è buona per raggiungere molte parti interessanti dell'isola. Premetto che in questa zona dell'isola sarà difficile riuscire a fare un bagno in mare a causa della marea e dei beach boys troppo troppo troppo invadenti. Da evidenziare che l'acqua nelle docce è salata. Nel complesso è un posto in cui tornerei, ma a cui consiglierei qualche miglioria: - ristorante: per me un no categorico dal momento che non hanno rispettato le mie allergie alimentari facendomi correre un rischio inutile. - pulizia: abbastanza scarsa. Appena arrivati abbiamo notato ad esempio dei ragni morti sul piano del lavello del bagno che sono rimasti là per tutta la durata del soggiorno, questo mi fa pensare che il piano non venisse pulito regolarmente. Anche le tende e la tappezzeria del divano sono decisamente sporchi e visibilmente macchiati. La mattina la puzza delle fognature del bagno a piano terra rendeva il bagno inagibile - gli infissi: le finestre e le porte da chiuse lasciano fessure di circa mezzo centimetro che oltre a non mantenere la temperatura fanno entrare ogni genere di insetto (abbiamo avuto qualche problema al riguardo). - intrattenimento: essendo in una parte dell'isola molto molto tranquilla, magari potrebbe essere una buona idea inserire nella zona comune centrale qualche gioco tipo un biliardo o simile così da occupare un po di tempo nelle serate molto tranquille.

Vacanza indelebile!!! Come ogni anno, prima di prenotare, dò un occhiata alle recensioni. In questo caso dalle recensioni negative ero quasi tentato a rinunciare a Natural Park Villa Resort. L’istinto mi a portato a non rinunciare alla prenotazione. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso ben 15 giorni più belli della nostra vita. Forse perché non amiamo la confusione solita estiva. Qui c’è un armonia di pace e tranquillità. Una villa fantastica con molti spazi e servizi importanti. Piscina privata sempre pulita e sfruttata al meglio. I ragazzi del resort in generale sono stati tutti troppo carini e gentilissimi. Inoltre, che non guasta quando si va in altri paesi, la sorveglianza di giorno e di notte. È vero, la strada d’ingresso sterrata da sistemare, ma non è così importante. Bella Zanzibar, bello Natural Park Villa Resort. Senza alcun interesse, consiglio a tutti questo posto incantevole. Grazie mille a tutti voi ragazzi.

I had high expectations for this hotel, especially considering the price, which was even higher than many well-known hotel chains. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the cost. The on-site restaurant is managed by a third party and lacks professionalism. Despite there being only 16 villas and fewer than 5 tables occupied at breakfast, we waited over an hour for a simple American breakfast. Additionally, you’re required to pay immediately for every meal or drink—no option to charge to your room, which was inconvenient. Our villa was not cleaned for two days, and despite booking nearly six months in advance, we were placed in a villa where the private pool was entirely in the shade—no sun at all. To make matters worse, the villa alarm went off twice around midnight, making it difficult to sleep. Although the staff acknowledged these issues, no compensation was offered. The only gesture was a complimentary taxi to the airport, which we had already paid for ourselves. The one positive aspect was the group chat created for guest communication—it helped somewhat with responsiveness, though it didn’t make up for the overall inefficiency. In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. It simply does not offer value for the price.
