In the hamlet Jacques 5 km from the centre of Dondas / Tayrac / Saint Maurin, 10 km from the centre of Puiymirol / Beauville, 25 km from the centre of Agen. For shared use: property 20 ha, meadow, pond, swimming pool angular fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 21.Jun. - 18.Oct.) with internal staircase. Table tennis, boccia, terrace, garden furniture. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop "Agen" 16 km. Cadre calme a la campagne, gîte propre avec piscine, déconnexion totale du quotidien ( manque wifi mais pas gênant pour nous) Propriétaires chaleureux et agréables, non intrusifs.A refaire !!!
