Very beautiful, cosy 2-family house "Landhaus Weisser". In the district of Neudingen 10 km from the centre of Donaueschingen, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 200 m from the river. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, pond. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 8 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 200 m, café 5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Donaueschingen" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake "Riedsee" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 5 km, minigolf 10 km, riding stable 500 m. Nearby attractions: Donauquelle 10 km, Fürstlich Fürstenbergische Sammlungen 10 km, Museum Biedermann 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg 52 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Titisee 39 km, Bodensee 42 km. 3-room apartment 75 m2, on the upper ground floor. I was with my two children (3 and 14) with the Weisser family and we felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very friendly furnished! Mr. and Mrs. Weisser are both very friendly and they also ask if you need anything and if everything is ok! The turtl
