The bathrooms are in dire need of a refurbishment, there is quite a bit of mold in the shower. The terrace is covered, but only to be used as sun protection, when it rains you get wet. Very nice landlady!

Nice basic accommodation, lots of outside seating. However, the mosquitoes bit badly. Mosquito nets on the doors or over the beds would therefore be good. Very nice helpful hosts. There are wave boards for the kids and a small umbrella for the beach. Glad

Great rustic apartment with a large terrace and lots of nature, we really liked it. The steep descent is doable, small grocery store on the right in 100mtr, very nice pebble beach in the very west of Imperia and a very nice hostess :)

The mattresses should be updated, I had lumbago for two weeks, not very pleasant.
