We appreciate all support given by Trip service to retrieve our night back, but we had to pay for an extra night to stay. Thank you to Trip team.

Superb location, right in the centre of the souk area, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping areas and the metro. Mosque, corniche, and Islamic museum very close by plus Banana island port. Be aware though, this hotel has 6-8 building and you won’t know which one you’ll be in until you arrive. This isn’t an issue though as all buildings are a couple of minutes from each other. The pool is in building 6 if I remember correctly, not in my building. The hallway carpet was heavily stained and could do with a steam clean, however room was fine. My room was huge, with a terrace on the 2nd floor. Two TVs also. Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent stay overall.

Good location, good hotel.

This hotel is in the middle of the busiest market in Qatar. They have several buildings in the same area so when booking you don’t know exactly which building they will put you in. After parking we hopped on one of their service golf carts, which took us to the main office and from there they assigned us a room. All buildings and rooms have the same traditional architecture. Very convenient to many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.

This is one of many other hotels in Souq wagif area. We reserved two rooms and we mistakenly informed the hotel of our arrival time 11 PM instead of AM. We are a family of 4 a senior elderly man and a child. We had to pay extra to get a room immediately and we waited the regular time for the other room. The rooms were on the same floor but each were on the other end of the floor. The hotel also listed breakfast which we had to pay extra 30$ for each only to find out it wasn’t in this hotel but in a different hotel we had to go to. This hotels property is terrible at communicating these specifications to their customers. We asked if they had parking they said yes and that staff will provide instruction upon arrival but we were told that we need to park at the souqs parking. They could have just mentioned that early on!! I personally had a terrible experience.

Our short stay at Al Bidda was wonderful. The personnel (from the moment we began the checking in process to breakfast to checking out) were very welcoming. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The water in the bathing area would not recede. Two days later it’s still wet.

Todo bien, lo único es que no tenían lugar en el hotel que elegí y nos llevaron a otro como a 300 mts. Del inicial. Sin embargo no tenían desayunos y nos tenían que trasladar en carro de golf o caminando. En buen lugar

Great hotel in the middle of the Souk. Room was super comfortable and beautiful. Hotel staff were amazing, so helpful. Highly recommended 👍👍
