房間不錯，地段離市中心較遠

多哈最便宜的五星級酒店了，房間可真大，客廳，卧室，衞生間，泡澡看着海邊。床很軟。

大廳的設計有點不太像他們家，室內空間是不錯的

入住很絲滑，前台工作人員服務態度很好，房間非常大，看城市景觀很美。設施還可以，對得起悦榕莊這個品牌。

設施：設施很完備，酒店配套齊全 衞生：衞生條件比較好 服務：工作人員服務態度好，還給我們升了房型，臨走時送了小禮物。

乾淨整潔的環境，不錯的選擇！

I had a great stay at Banyan Tree Doha. Thanks for the hospitality of the staff and the facilities there were awesome! The breakfast got lots of variety too! I enjoyed it very much!

It was great experience overall and the room was crazy good , ( good space and amazing furniture etc ), service in the hotel need little bit of improvement only in the entrance service and security but the other staff members are amazing / why I am saying that ( when you order something to be delivered the staff in the entrance are not well experienced to deal with riders of other delivery people or have good individual sense ( not bad but it need improvement , but the staff in the reception are amaaaaaazing and not included in that .

Je ne mens jamais regarder mes avis , Fuyez ,zéro professionnalisme , Je vais parler du service , c’est la première fois que ça m’arrive , je suis membre du groupe accor j’ai dormi au raffles au fairmont ect je logeais à la cigale et comme la piscine était en travaux on me dit de me rendre au Brayan Tree , on me dit voilà vous pouvez aller à la piscine , visite faite par Jennifer, je me change je vais pour me baigner on me dit « non vous n’êtes pas autorisé «  vous avez accès à une autre piscine «  alors que la piscine était vide j’étais le seul client, pourquoi me faire visiter une piscine ou je n’ai pas accès et surtout me laisser me changer ? La personne de la piscine me traite de menteur , très mauvaise expérience , je retourne à la réception voir Jennifer qui me dit non vous n’avez pas accès à la piscine , pour un 5 étoiles luxe je ne comprend pas , je n’y remettrais plus les pieds et je vais également poster sur tous les réseaux mon aventure horrible ,

今天我去這家酒店慶祝我的生日，工作人員的細心令我感到驚喜。特別感謝健身俱樂部的 Eva，她給我送來了祝賀、蛋糕甚至蠟燭的驚喜。我和我的家人度過了一段愉快的時光。很棒的地方，很棒的氛圍。
