米娜飯店和公寓(Mina Hotel and Residences)

الاهتمام الشخصي باحتياجات الوالدة أشعرنا بجو العائلة والحميمية السائدة في هذا الفندق البسيط الجميل .. ووجود القنوات السعودية في التلفاز أشرنا أكثر بقربه منا وتقديره لنا .. وخصوصا وجود قناة القرآن من حرم مكة المكرمة أضفى جو روحاني على إقامتنا .. فقط ينقصه إضافة قناة السنة النبوية من الحرم النبوي بالمدينة المنورة.. والاهتمام أكثر بإطلالة غرفة أخرى تجهز لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بحيث تعطيهم أمل وإشراق وإقبال على الحياة يحتاجونه أكثر من غيرهم من خلال إطلالة بحرية خلابه على شروق أو غروب الشمس بوضوح .

Really upsetting experience at this hotel… Me and my 4 month old baby were directed in to the foyer from the restaurant to use the Bathroom. I asked the hotel reception staff where the baby changing facilities were and they both rudely looked and responded with “Baby changing?” I was then told to use the ladies toilets however I had already checked there and the disabled and there were no changing facilities or anywhere to lay my baby down and I informed them of this. She then told me “just change over there” and pointed to part of the foyer where there is cushioned seats and several makes of various ages were sitting. As I had no other choice I had to change my little girls soiled nappy in front of a group of strangers in the hotel foyer. I was incredibly shocked for a country that is supposed to be very family friendly. Also have people from all over the world arriving in to that area from cruise ships. It’s a shame because restaurant food and staff were lovely. However we won’t be returning

Super nettes Personal in einer genialen Gegend. Hotel hat die 5 Sterne verdient. Mit Koffern kann man locker zum Kreuzfahrtschiff laufen. Ein Frühstück langt für zwei Personen. Sehr lecker und sehr viel. Abends kann man in der Fußgängerzone bummeln gehen. Alles sehr sicher und sauber.

Stay dates: November 27, 2023 My experience I recently had the opportunity to stay at MENA Hotel & Residence [Doha/Qatar]. Based on my previous experience at the The Torch Hotel, I wanted to enjoy a new experience at the Mina Hotel and residences, which has a amazing location and wonderful design. I booked one night to enjoy my last night in Doha. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I felt compelled to share my disappoin**ents with others. 1- Room quality The room was beautiful and the perfect size, but the cleanliness was below the required level, as dust and dirt appeared in different areas, especially in the balcony. We asked them to clean, but they ignored. 2- Employee efficiency The staff at the hotel (Ms. Chimay) started our reservation and then she transferred us to continue the reservation with her colleague and then again we were asked to continue with another staff member to finish the reservation payment but unfortunately he made a mistake and we paid extra money. Knowing that she had gone to serve another client, the service experience was generally unsatisfactory. As a solution to the problem, they canceled the old payment which would take time to refunded in my account, then they asked us to pay again, and it is not our fault to pay twice and to get the refund after 14 to 21 days, and we felt that they did not respect our situation. Then to solve the payment issue we talked to the manager (Mr. Adel) and he made it more complicated, we were supposed to check in at 3:00 but we checked in by 4:30 after that he decided to refund the amount in cash and at the same time the old payment will be in My account and I will need to follow up on my account to send the money back to the hotel but he wasted our time after he rejected all our suggestions to solve the problem and created another problem by bothering us with calls from the staff and pestering us and tracking us down to ask if the money was refunded in my account. Overall, my stay at Mina Hotel & Residence was a disappointing and disappointing experience. Room quality is substandard, staff is unresponsive. I strongly advise others to carefully consider their options Please note that this review is based solely on my personal experience and perceptions during my stay. Other customers may have different experiences.

Better to say its 4 or 3 stars hotel The place very small the bathroom leaking water the Tv doesn't work properly you can hear the noise out very clearly the finishing of the apar**ent not professional 🥲 even no shampoo and conditioner in shower

Ficamos duas noites no hotel e gostamos muito da experiência. O hotel é muito bonito, bem localizado num bairro muito charmoso, próximo de pontos turísticos. E toda a equipe é atenciosa! Recomendamos muito!

للأسف السرير صغير لا يصلح لشخص بالغ ، صوت الطائرات والناس يصل لي داخل الغرفه ماكو أي عزل ، رائحة مطاعم تصل للحمام رائحة قوية ، تنظيف الغرفه سيء ينسون حتى وضع الكلينكس والشامبو ، مكان الفندق نوعاً ما بعيد عن باقي الأماكن السياحيه ، لا انصح بالفندق تماماً

The room was amazing with a beautiful view. The staff were very helpfull, kind and professional. I really liked the fact that was quiet so we could have a proper rest. The only thing that we struggled were the curtains. They weren't closing properly so we had to improvise.
