Convenient location with Metrolink bus stop outside the hotel. Rooms are spacious, good layout. Staff members are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but it's very busy in the morning - not enough space for guests

Element City Centre is the perfect location for our stay for 2 weeks tennis tournament! Highly recommended for travellers! The hotel facilities ticked all the boxes! The staff from the front door to the restaurant are truly international and wonderful! Special thanks to Abdelaziz from Morocco for his extremely attentive to details for our table and all others. Extremely helpful Peter from Myanmar for his good spirit! All staff are great, I just can’t name each one of them but they know our appreciations🙏

Hotel was in a great location for where I needed to go. Most of the hotel staff were great except a small incident I encountered from a staff member on the overnight shift. The King Studio Suite was very spacious and nice. The kitchen was a plus. The bathroom was okay as the water from the shower kept leaking out of the shower onto the floor, so I had to keep using my towels to wipe up large amounts of water from the floor. It took housekeeping a long time to bring extra towels when calling, which so has to several times. Overall, I’d stay here again in the future.

I was booked a studio on the top floor. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I did not find my reservation, reception said, “We have given you an upgrade in a two-bedroom apartment,” so I refused the upgrade because the apartment is large to me. We have wait more than half an hour to chek in, this not acceptabe, requires review from hotel management for reseption and Breakfast restaurant. The location is great, it has internet and parking.
