New 4 bedroom 4 full bath Lake Front home with large deck with gas grill, sleeps 20 in beds plus couches & hide a bed. Includes 4 kayaks, 1 paddle boat, 1 row boat, 2 stand-up paddle boards, Life jackets, Outdoor fire pit, bicycles,, Badminton, Corn hole, volleyball , Frisbee, Ping Pong, Foosball, and pool table for your use. 3 levels with a spiral staircase and exposed basement. Kohler plumbing fixtures, and granite kitchen counter tops. Laundry washer and dryer for your use. 3rd floor master bedroom and bathroom suite with private deck.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No shoes in home on the main and upper levels..Please put everything back where you find them..About checkIn:Check in after 5:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed.

Great 30th Birthday
This wondeful place built by Jon and his son has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining lakehouse getaway. Right on the water with plenty of water toys (kayak and paddleboards). Plenty of yard games and indoor games. And lots of more than enough beds and bathrooms.

Tons of space in this house to hang out and relax. Yard is massive. Perfect amount of space for our 11 guys.

Exciting Getaway
Myself and a group of friends stayed at Chase's home in August and we had such a great time. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be together. The weather was fantastic so we got to use the different outdoor toys and hangout in the water a lot too. Nice and private area where we felt comfortable to do as we pleased. We would definitely come back again!

We had a group of 12 stay at this home for lake weekend getaway, and it was perfect. Plenty of space and plenty of things to do, we all left happy and impressed! We hope to book again in the future!

Great Lake
We had a great time.
The Lake is so quiet. The Kayaks and Paddle boards allowed all of us to go out at the same time. The game room in the lower level was great for kids.
House was really big.

The owner goes above and beyond to make our stay fun
