Nice large spacious room and close to the water. At a glance the room was clean but the kitchen area was not clean. The cook top switches need a scrub, the coffee cups in the cupboard were not clean and the chopping board was covered in mould. The kitchens drawers need a good clean. The shower also needs a good scrub and the toilet seat doesn’t fit the toilet. Having said that these are easily sorted and I would recommend it.

Apartment with double and single bed. Overall clean, big area, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. No shampoo, conditioner or shower cap. No hair dryer. Bed was comfortable but bedding was a bit strange…! Textured sheets and a blanket. Quiet location, close to waterfront and easy access to many restaurants, supermarket. 30 mins walk to the old town of Kotor. Breakfast was very disappointing, small selection and not great quality.

Comfortable hotel a couple of kilometres from the centre of Kotor. Easy walk along the beautiful restaurant filled shore walk or cheap taxi ride. Room very spacious and clean. Bathroom clean, with a bath. Shower had good hot water and water pressure. Fridge and plenty of storage space for longer stays. No room safe. Very good wifi. Good lighting. Double bed low on ground, but ok and got good sleep, good pillows. Would stay again.

This was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Probably the best room in the house. It was spacious, on the second floor, had two French doors opening out onto a large balcony where we sat and looked out over the Adriatic Sea. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and supplied a nice buffet breakfast. We were easily able to book tickets for a speed boat to the Blue Cave, submarine pen and other sites through the receptionist. All the staff were very friendly. It was an easy 20 minute walk into the old town but there were lots of restaurants nearby. It was so peaceful, a world away from the hustle and noise of the old town.

It is a 20 minute walk to town but close to beach. I had a great room overlooking the bay. It was spotless and had good WiFi but the rooms of others in my group were less nice it seemed. Breakfast was rather disappointing. Of all the great fruits in season, there were only apples and a few plums. Coffee was not good.

The hotel is well located, not too far from the old city with a 20 min walk by the beach. The rooms have a nice size with an astonishing scenic view, ask for the rooms at the corner and can enjoy a true panoramic view. The rooms are good size and perfect layout but has the inconvenience of not having a lift. Breakfast is simple, you can notice they are trying their best. A concern with the maintenance is due to many funny bugs in the room, they look like mops but I'm not an expert on insects. There were a lot of them in our room.
