The Blue House

We booked this hotel at the last minute, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but at the end we were so plesantly suprised with this property. It is situated on the main road with parking lot at the back and we were lucky to get a room which was not loud. It was beautifuly decorated I felt like beeing in a museum, it reminded me of an old times. Ancient dresser with large mirror and comfy beds. Bathroom was soo clean and equiped with all the necessietes you may want for your stay. Breakfast was served in the large living room in the main floor which also gave us a museum like experience. It has rather good selection of cold cuts, eggs, and sweet treats. We had coffee on a balcony overlooking a creek and green hils. The owners was really kind and helped with everything. It was very smart choice for a good rest after a weekend of hiking around.

Bellissima costruzione di colore celeste, situata a circa 5 minuti da Tolmino. All'interno l'arredamento è molto caldo e con vari mobili di antiquariato, quadri e soprammobili vari che rendono l'ambiente quasi un museo. La camera è un po' piccola, adatta a brevi soggiorni, l'aria condizionata un po' troppo diretta sul letto e le pareti decisamente sottili. La colazione ha un ottimo buffet e viene servita all'aperto. Purtroppo, con il caldo, ci sono anche api e formiche intorno alla frutta Prezzo di 95€ la doppia. Forse un po' alto per la zona e tenuto conto della distanza dalle principali città, ma di concorrenza ce n'è poca. Valentino, il proprietario, è molto affabile e parla un ottimo italiano
