Royal Garden Palace is a great choice for anyone seeking the calm , the rest , delicious food and professional services..This hotel still keeps the ethics of tourism services and ensures to provide the right role in an excellent manner to achieve the target and match clients expectations. The reception team is helpful, smiling and effective in clients needs. This team is managed / well trained by MR Faysal which is always available to make sure the process is respected and smoothly implemented. Anis , Bechir , Sihem : Bravo 👏. Restaurant services are Excellent 👌 under the supervision of MR Badii , An example of discipline, punctuality and perseverance. Clean hotel , Fresh and much variety meals , well maintained, remarkable Garden , huge to walk, practice sport and to feel comfortable during stay. Thank you Royal Garden Palace and keep doing your best !

Overall good experience, initially we were surprised by the appearance of the room, it was different from the photo we saw in the Agency offer and the food served, but then we understood that it is basically one of the best accommodation units in the hotel, we had a suite with a sea view - I must say that we finally appreciated the view of the sea, the space of the accommodation unit and room style in European countries. The quality and variety of food also differs, but again it's a different culture and customs, you get used to it, if you choose a 4-star hotel or more, you should be satisfied and find food that you eat with relish. An entertainment was provided every day and during the day, in the evening there were short dance slots when animators invited guests to the dance floor. the only comment I would have is that sometimes they were a little intensive in persuasion, but otherwise satisfaction. Room cleaning-every day they tidied up nicely, made the bed, changed the towels and decorated the bed with the clothes we left on the beds. The cleaners were always smiling, helpful if you asked for new towels and always greeted us. The beach was nice, quiet and right behind the hotel. Only the sunbeds would need to be replaced, both by the sea and by the pool, they are worn out. I recommend a mat for those who don't like it. The male staff here are very attentive, helpful and smiling towards the women, but if you don't want too much attention, I recommend smiling at them sparingly and not flirting. Anyway, women have friendly attention, especially if they are unaccompanied. As for the guests, the hotel accommodated mainly French clientele, about 80%, so if you don't want to be in the company of Czechs, this is a good choice. Also, I recommend not to forget to get ready to give tips. The staff appreciate it and they deserve it.

We were a company of 10 people with 4 children and we were relatively satisfied with our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day, the pools and the beach are clean. The food is good, as dinner and lunch are varied every day. The animation is top. I just didn't like the rooms, which are on 2 floors, they are not comfortable for small children. This year we have also booked in the same hotel. I don't think it will be this good again.

COMPLEXE TRES JOLI. PISCINES A DEBORDEMENT ET COIN PELOUSE AU CALME SUPERBE. ANIMATIONS NULLES surtout le soir, on s'est ennuyé; presque pas d'animateurs. et en boucle tous les soirs pendant 1h la même bande de chansons enfantines (on est quand même du 10 au 17 sept.)Resto Tunisien pas mal par contre le buffet principal pas top du tout... pas une seule fois des FRITES en une semaine ! et inlassablement midi et soir les mêmes choses : crudités, pas de salade variée et 2 sortes de pâtes ainsi que pizza une seule sorte, et toujours les mêmes légumes et merguez, boeuf en sauce etc...plutôt pimenté !! c'est vraiment rikiki! du jamais vu. Barman pas sympa mais le reste du personnel très bien ! malgré cela nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et je vous conseille HEDI le mec qui vend les excursions QUAD BUGGY etc... très gentil et on a fait une ballade quad de 3h en comité restreint magnifique !! dommage pour la bouffe et les animations car l'hôtel en général est vraiment très beau. A noté qu'on a eut des algues!
