This is just a typical hotel which offers a clean room. It is not intended to be a 5 star location but catering to the freeway travelers who need a good nights rest. The hotel advertises many things which are not offered. They do not serve breakfast of any kind, the ice machine is not installed, the pool and exercise room are both closed. They really should keep up their amenities.

Super dirty!!!!! You know, old is okay, but dirty is too much. Hair were everywhere. Toilet had poop on. Water from the top was dripping all the time. The heater didn't work so we called the manager/receptionist. He hit it a few times, did a magic and it started to work....for a few minutes.We kept 'fixing' it, but it kept failing. Shampoo was only half filled (left after someone use). So our idea, we were given this room after someone's stay without a cleaning. Gym didn't work, because "someone spilled bottle of water on the floor, and they have to replace the carpet, so it is under construction". Never visited such dirty hotel!

You get what you pay for. There was nobody working the front desk, you have to ring a bell. There were some minor things broken in the room like a light bulb. There was also a hair on the sheets so I wonder if they were changed. There was lots of road noise. On the positive side, the room had a fridge and a microwave. The small coffee maker was clean and I made my own tea. I tried the coffee they provided, but it was undrinkable. There is also an Arco right there to fill up for the drive. The Mexican place right behind it is a nice place to get some decent food. I paid $60 for a hotel in 2023, so I am not complaining. I would stay there again if I travel alone. If I bring my wife and/or family I would stay at a better hotel.

Really pleased with my short stay at the hotel. The front desk staff person was extremely nice and helpful. Some of the rooms are remodeled and are nice and bright and clean. I had a comfortable sleep, although you can hear the highway sounds since some of the rooms face the highway. There was a fridge for my perishables which I appreciated and a luggage cart to help cart your luggage up the elevator if you are on a higher floor. Had a nice stay. The only bad thing is that the police don't respect that your car is in a private parking lot and they literally gave me a ticket (registration) when I specifically look to keep my car off the street due to the fact that I'm literally just moving it from a garage to my mechanic to get fixed and it will go right back in the garage.

I stayed there for 3 nights visiting my daughter for family weekend at college. First thing was the security lock was broken and the latch was loose. Each night I stuck a chair under the handle of the door. There was no drain cover in the sink. The toiletries they provided could fall through. Exposed wires around the a/c wall control and did not work. The unit at the window barely helped the room stay cool and it was noisy on high. There was no screen in the window so I didn’t want to leave it open for bugs to enter. The handle on the inside bathroom door was loose and wouldn’t stay locked. Tiles cracked and broken on the floor in front of the sink. The towels were so small, thin and rough on my skin. The comforter on the bed had burn damage on it. On my last night the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on. It seemed like a one man job running the hotel when I checked in. Security is poor during the later hours. The only doors locked were going to the front entry or lobby. Anyone had access to the other doors from outside. That was terrible. I don’t know why there’s a key slot to access those doors that are inoperable. The hotel needs some serious upkeep and updates from wear and tear, outlets and other damage around the room. The only positive thing about the place was a comfy bed and nice, hot shower. I will never stay there again. Wish I was able to post pics.

The broken safety lock on the door was sketchy. It looked like it had been kicked in and they never repaired it properly. There was a bag over the smoke detector on the ceiling, in the room, smells like cigarette smoke. The room had a giant crack going all the way up the wall and ceiling. It looks like the building was not safe. Everything in the room is banged up the refrigerator, the microwave, the walls, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was hairs from the previous guests
