Shop, grocery 900 m, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 900 m, bus stop "Roseraie" 600 m, sandy beach 850 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 3 km. Sports harbour 350 m, golf course (18 hole) 4.5 km, minigolf 1.6 km. 3-room terraced house 72 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Tassimo) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace, garden, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.

Logement facile d'accès et de parking. Bien situé car à 2 pas de Cabourg. Logement sobre. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Bien équipé. Manque d'étagère dans salle de bain pour poser les produits. Propreté ok. Jardinet agréable.
