Το Tagli Resort & Spa είναι μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για όσους αναζητούν πολυτέλεια και χαλάρωση. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα και κομψά, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και το πρωινό πλούσιο. Η τοποθεσία του στο Λιβάδι προσφέρει ηρεμία και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα. Πολύ καθαροί χώροι και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο.

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!! Το ξενοδοχείο ζητάει προεξόφληση πληρώσαμε 670€ για 2 μέρες 2 άτομα..τηλεφωνικά μας είπαν να κάνουμε κατάθεση όπως και κάναμε και όταν φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο μας είπαν ότι η κίνηση δεν τους καλύπτει λόγο ότι τα χρήματα θα φαινόντουσαν την επόμενη μέρα έτσι μας ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΣΑΝ να ξαναπληρώσουμε 670€ σύνολο 1340€ από τα οποία θα επιστρέφουν αφού πιστωθούν στο λογαριασμό τους..πραγματικά απαράδεκτο πρώτη φορά σε ξενοδοχείο προπληρώνουμε ..συνήθως πάμε και όταν φεύγουμε πληρώνουμε ..γενικά η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν λες και θα τους κλέβαμε ..σε άλλες γραμμές ακριβό για αυτό που προσφέρει πισίνα χειμώνα ξεχάστε την .. BE CAREFUL this hotel and the staff especially the owner, are rude and they treat you like trash..me and my wife went for two nights in this hotel and we payed 670€ ..they wanted us to pay all the money in the first moment you step your leg in the hotel (they actually told us to pay before even we arrived) Also they want for this hotel to be a special 5 stars hotel but it wasn't even two stars .. The room is nothing special, just a bed and one TV ..the hotel is cold and the water of the jacuzzi was freezing! About the pool forget the swimming. Breakfast was the better thing in that place, vote 3/5

Our group of 21 stayed off season. Just before we arrived, we were told the restaurant would be closed, and the place is 20 minutes drive to nearest town. We negotiated to bring cheese board to drink in their bar, spending $$$$. Next day, not allowed, no reason given. In the rooms, no plug in bath / shower, which so dangerous to get out of. No non slip mat. The basin tap sprayed you with water. The credit card machine didn't even work, had to pay in cash. Have to wonder about that. Young staff were lovely, but manager very rude and unhelpful. I would warn anyone from going there.

Suite à un surbooking de notre premier choix dans la région, notre voyagiste nous avait réservé deux chambres dans cet hôtel. Ce n’est pas un mauvais hôtel mais ce n’est manifestement pas un hôtel pour l’été. Le côté « resort and spa » il faut plutôt oublier. Pas de piscine extérieur, piscine intérieure et spa fermé en été. De fait, nous étions les seuls clients. Ça crée une ambiance assez particulière dans ce long couloir vide. La chambre est un peu passée de mode mais est très correcte. Petit balcon. Literie très bonne superbe salle de bain (a l’exception du WC collé au mur latéral ce qui n’est pas très pratique…). On a été accueilli avec un verre de champagne local. Le petit déjeuner n’était bien sûr pas buffet mais très bon et copieux. En conclusion ce n’est pas un hôtel pour l’été mais plutôt pour la période de ski. Sinistre En été

We were very lucky to even have water offered! This is an overpriced 2 ⭐️ hotel at best with terrible breakfast. Even asking for an extra cup of coffee was extra charge belive it or not!!! There wasn’t any lunch or dinner offered, not even a toast could be ordered and of course no room service. One lounge area was available and used for breakfast and lounge and dinner over NY only. Do not waste your money staying in that horrid hotel. Must admit, the staff was nice and friendly whilst on the other hand, the Managment policies get no stars at all! We just don’t understand how they were given a 5 ⭐️ rating. We will never stay there again!

I travel extensively, but don’t usually leave reviews. However, my experience at this hotel has been so poor that I feel compelled to do so. This hotel does not warrant a 5-star rating for many reasons. The rooms have combined bath/shower, but no plugs so forget about having a bath. Turning on the water in the hand basin is likely to see you splashed with water. The breakfast buffet is modest and well short of what should be offered by a 5-star hotel. The wine selection is quite limited. The eftpos machine would not work for the majority of our group, so we were forced to pay by cash. Even worse, the attitude of the duty manager was very poor (to say the least) and not in keeping with Greek hospitality. Even our experienced tour guide was embarrassed by the treatment our group received. If you are contemplating coming to this hotel, think twice. Then, opt for somewhere else.
