One of the worst hotel with absolutely pathetic customer service. Absolutely dirty towels, bedding, pillow and very substandard toiletries, no maintenance of the room and toilet. They just focus on making money and nothing else. Their so called GM reluctant to talk to the customers??? You just keep repeating yourself and no one will ever listen to you!! Please don’t stay in this pathetic hotel even for free!!

Hotel vivera grande.. I am a solo traveller of vivera grande..My company will book a room for your hotel...They afford a best price in Corporate guests...Ms.Nandhini is very helpful..She gave me a good and upgraded room.. Thank you Nandhini mam and team..

Everything is good but the room needs to be renovated. I got an upgrade so thanks for all the staff and especially Nandhini.

Very good stay in Dindigul neat & clean rooms, they provide good room service and special thanks to Laxman for very smooth check in & check out process I appreciate your way of approach also we have all the basic needs near by Vivera grand hotel we can move easily from here to 1 to another place

Whenever, I visit Dindigul, I prefer this property. Comfortable check-in by the courteous front desk staff. Excellent room. Little disappointment – only on our request, the soiled bed linen was changed by the housekeeping staff. Tasty food and very good breakfast spread. Restaurant staff were courteous and friendly. Parking area in the basement was dark in day time and was a challenge to park the vehicle. Value for money..
