My experience was good there to stay ❤️ and this is my 2nd time to stay there, but the chicken biriyani was very oily. As per my experience that is not actual biriyani. Need to improve in food 👍

Visited Acacia hotel on the 17 July 2023 Acacia hotel is one of the best and finest hotel in Dimapur... Cleanliness is excellent and rooms are well furnished...one more thing is that parking space too is spacious .... Most importantly all staffs are very kind and excellent...hospitality is perfectly excellent... Kitchen department is superb too... Cleanliness is excellent... A big thank you to Team Acacia hotel ... Had a happy stay with all ur great hospitality ... Will definitely refer all my friends .... All the best Acacia Team....

Hotel is good but could have been better if they at least provided complimentary water and toiletries. For a price of 2. 5k, it is the bare minimum. Otherwise it was okay. Food was okayish.

I had travelled to Kohima last week for my work. I had done online booking for the stay at Hotel Ariel through Make my Trip based on the property photos on the website. I also opted for it as it was convenient for me to travel to my work place from Hotel Ariel. The 3 day's stay at the hotel was really wonderful. The stay was safe and comfortable. The staff is very sincere, helpful and polite. The cleanliness at hotel is maintained at the upmost level.

This hotel is situated at the centre of Kohima, quite close to the war cemetry. We had booked the standard room, which was the only option available in MakeMyTrip; however, the hotel does have other rooms as well. It does not have airconditioning, which is certainly not required at Kohima in normal course. The hotel is clean and the staff is very sincere, knowledged and helpful. Our room had a balcony with a nice view of the town. The room was good for business travellers as well; it had a proper tubelight besides the normal dim yellow lights, and had a snacks tray with food items with only nominal service charge addition to MRP. The restaurant has good ambience and they prepare the food freshly as per guests’ tastes. We were quite happy with their vegetarian preparations and took packed meals from them during our local travels. The hotel does not have a lift, but the staff does brings the luggage of the guests requiring help.

訪訪客用戶I booked the Zone Luxe Twin room. Very clean, comfortable bed! Clean toilet and bathroom. Powerful shower with hot water. Cold functioning AC which makes it very pleasant in this weather. Really like the spacious suite with separate bedroom and living room.
Restaurant is very nice. Nice vibe, nice food, good prices. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. Excellent service. Boiled eggs were set up available, but other types of eggs also available upon request, which I was well pleased. Restaurant facing swimming pool which makes breakfast very pleasant. Also a lady helping at the restaurant particularly friendly and took the introduced me to a very local breakfast dish - dosa - very nice indeed. Appreciate her recommendations! Thanks.
Swimming pool was also very nice. Nice environment, clean pool, clean changing room and shower.

It's a little medium category value for money hotel at Dimapur. Location is a bit outside of city but both Railway station and Airport is 15-20 minutes traveling connected. Food is Ok. Overpriced a bit. Room was spacious and good. One point to mention about staffs. They are really good.

The hotel is on the main road--and close to the Railway staiont and the main market place. Facilites are reasonably satisfactory--aznd the service is good. No reason to complain. The restaurant operates tolimited timings only--better to check in advance.

訪訪客用戶Citrine hotel is valued for money. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and clean. The restaurant also served excellent lunch and dinner option. Room service was promt and the food arrived hot and well presented. The new rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The installation of lift was a plus point this time, the management has improved a lot better visiting again. It provided a wonderful stay and l look forward to visiting again. Keep growing.

Literally I had to spend double the amount to get a livable room
